## Description

This compact G9 halogen capsule delivers warm illumination for lamps and fixtures where space is limited, combining a classic filament look with controllable light output. It is useful for mood lighting and accent fixtures, offering a warm white tone that suits living rooms and decorative fittings.

## Key Points

The bulbs produce a warm 2800K glow that softens interiors while preserving colour rendering for decorative lighting. They are clear capsule bulbs, so the filament is visible and contributes to a traditional aesthetic. 💡

Being low-profile G9 capsules, they fit a range of chandeliers, bedside lamps and under-cabinet fittings where a compact lamp base is required. The pack contains multiple units, which simplifies replacement across several fittings. 🔆

A practical nuance is that these are halogen lamps operating at mains voltage, so they run hotter and use more energy than LED equivalents. According to the manufacturer, power is nominally 28W with a listed 29W variant, so consider heat output when used in enclosed fixtures.

## Technical Specifications

- Name: **Comyan G9 Halogen Light Bulbs 230V 28W (29W) 2800K Warm White Clear G9 Capsule Bulb Dimmable, 10Pack**
- Voltage: 230 V
- Power: 28 W (29 W nominal according to the manufacturer)
- Colour temperature: 2800 K
- Base type: G9

## Usage Recommendations

Install these bulbs in fixtures designed for G9 halogen capsules and leave sufficient ventilation around the lamp to manage heat. For dimming, pair with a compatible dimmer that supports halogen loads to avoid flicker and to extend bulb life. Consider using them in open or well-ventilated decorative fittings rather than fully enclosed shades.

When replacing multiple bulbs, replace them together to maintain consistent light colour and intensity across a room. These capsules match traditional filament styling, so they work well in exposed-socket pendants and statement chandeliers where the look of the bulb is part of the design. ⚡

## Advantages

The halogen capsules offer bright, instant-on light with good colour rendition, which helps with ambience and decorative clarity. The bulbs are dimmable, giving control over mood and brightness for various scenes. **2800K warm white** is warm and inviting, and the clear glass emphasises the filament for a vintage appearance. There is a trade-off in energy use compared with LED alternatives, and heat generation may be a consideration in some installations.
