## Description

This set of compression packing cubes from Samfolk helps keep luggage compact and organised for short trips and long-haul travel, offering lightweight storage with a compression zipper to reduce bulk and protect clothes during transit. The eight-piece kit includes various sizes plus two drawstring bags, making it suitable for cabin bags, checked suitcases and backpacks while saving space and simplifying packing.

## Key Points

These organisers use SBS zippers intended to resist snags and repeated use, according to the manufacturer, which helps maintain smooth opening and closing on the go. The fabric is a high-density, tear-resistant material that keeps the cubes very light yet durable, and the mesh panels make it easy to identify contents while allowing airflow. The compression feature reduces volume when the outer zipper is closed, so you can fit more in the same suitcase space. Also included are two multiuse drawstring bags that can serve as laundry sacks or lightweight day packs for excursions.

## Usage Recommendations

Pack garments by type to reduce creasing and to find items quickly, for example place shirts together and underwear in a smaller cube. Use the compression zipper to shrink the packed cubes before placing them in the suitcase, then reserve the drawstring bags for dirty laundry or shoes to keep clean and worn items separate. For backpacking, distribute heavier cubes lower in the pack for better weight balance and access lighter cubes at the top for frequently needed items.

## Positive Aspects

The lightweight construction reduces added baggage weight while maintaining resistance to wear, which is useful if you travel often. Mesh panels aid ventilation and visual sorting, while the variety of cube sizes helps organise clothing, toiletries and accessories without mixing items. Consider that compression will tighten packed clothes, and extremely bulky items may still require more space than the cubes can save, especially if you prefer minimal packing compression.
