What it is and what it solves\nCommand Medium Hooks are a damage-free way to organise everyday items on smooth indoor surfaces. With seven transparent hooks and ten clear adhesive strips, they offer a practical solution for towels, jewellery, jackets and similar lightweight items without drilling or nails. If you’re aiming to declutter a hallway, bathroom or bedroom without marks, this set provides a straightforward approach that respects plaster, painted walls, finished wood, glass, tile and metal.\n\n## How it works on the wall\nThe system relies on Command’s adhesive strips to hold items securely yet remove cleanly when you want to relocate or take them down. They’re designed to minimise surface damage and avoid sticky residue, which is helpful if you’re renting or simply refining your decor over time. It’s worth noting that the pack is specified for indoor use and isn’t a universal hang for heavy frames. On paper, the combination of hooks and strips should give you a neat, temporary storage option that you can adjust as needs change.\n\n## What stands out in use\nYou’ll appreciate that no tools are required, so you can hang accessories quickly in a preferred spot. The transparent finish helps the hooks blend with most decors, keeping the focus on what you hang rather than the hardware itself. The claimed holding power is up to 900 g, which is suitable for lighter personal items but not for large items or picture frames.\n\n## The good and the caveats\nOn the plus side, the set protects walls from holes and glue, and removal leaves minimal trace thanks to stretch-release technology. Some users may find that the actual holding strength varies with surface texture and weight distribution. It may not be the best pick if you need to hang heavier jackets or bulky items regularly, or if your walls are porous, textured, or non-smooth.\n\n## Who it suits best\nIdeal for renters or anyone who wants to trial a no-drill organisation approach. It fits smaller to medium items and works well in homes, studios, or student rooms where quick changes and low-damage mounting are priorities.\n\n## When to buy and when to pass\nChoose this set if your goal is easy, removable décor or storage on smooth indoor surfaces and you don’t anticipate hanging very heavy items. If you regularly need to support heavy textiles or equipment, this may feel limiting and you might want to explore options with higher weight ratings.\n\n## Quick checks before purchasing\nConfirm that your intended mounting surface is smooth and non-porous. Ensure the total weight of items hung doesn’t exceed the 900 g guideline. Remember this is not suitable for hanging picture frames. Keep in mind that performance can vary with temperature and cleaning practices on the wall.\n\n## Practical example in use\nIn a small bathroom, you could use the hooks for towels and a robe, without drilling into tiles. It’s easy to move a few hooks to adapt to changing storage needs, say when guests visit or you rearrange the space.\n\n## FAQ\n- Can I hang metal jewellery on these hooks? Yes, as long as the combined weight stays under 900 g and the surface is smooth.\n- Will the adhesive strips leave residue on painted walls? Command strips are designed to remove cleanly without sticky residue, though with older paint or unusual finishes, always test a small area first.\n- Are they suitable for tiling in bathrooms with high moisture? They’re designed for indoor use on smooth surfaces, moisture-prone areas can affect adhesion over time.\n\n## Final decision for purchase\nIs it worth it? Worth considering if you want a simple, drill-free way to organise lightweight items on smooth indoor surfaces, with minimal wall impact and easy removal. It’s a practical choice for temporary or adjustable setups, but not a solution for heavy items or irregular walls.
