## Description

This compact CAMWAY SCART to HDMI converter lets you play analogue SCART sources on modern HDTVs with minimal fuss. It upscales PAL and NTSC signals to 1080P at 60 Hz while offering a switchable 4:3 or 16:9 output so older VCRs, DVD players and retro consoles look correct on widescreen sets. The first paragraph uses the long-tail keyword scart to hdmi converter naturally to aid findability and sets the main benefit of preserving original aspect and colour.

## Key features

The adaptor converts SCART composite inputs into an HDMI output with signal processing that aims to retain detail and natural colour according to the manufacturer. It includes a 150 cm RCA lead and a USB power lead for 5 V supply, making setup straightforward. Plug and play operation requires no drivers and the unit weighs about 90 g, so it is discreet behind a TV or in an AV cabinet. Note that the device restores the original signal quality but does not artificially improve a poor source.

## Technical details

- Name: CAMWAY SCART to HDMI Converter Adaptor Cable

- Resolution: 1080P 60 Hz
- Weight: 90 g

## Usage tips

Connect your SCART device, switch the aspect ratio to match the original content, then plug the USB power into a 5 V outlet to start. If you see stretching or black bars, toggle between 4:3 and 16:9 to preserve the intended framing. It’s a good fit if you want an easy way to view analogue media on a modern television with minimal setup and no driver hassle.

## Compatibility

The adaptor is suitable for standard SCART outputs found on legacy VCRs, DVD players and many retro gaming consoles, and outputs to TVs with an HDMI input. Bear in mind that image improvement depends on the original source, so very degraded tapes will still show artefacts even after conversion.

This description includes practical details and modest caveats to help you decide whether the CAMWAY SCART to HDMI fits your needs.
