## Description

This wrist support brace from BraceUP helps reduce discomfort from carpal tunnel, tendonitis and arthritis while you type, sleep or carry out daily tasks. It works as a wrist support for carpal tunnel with a rigid metal hand splint that keeps the wrist steady without restricting finger movement, making it practical for daytime and night use. 😊

## Key Points

The BraceUP design includes a lightweight aluminium splint that stabilises the wrist and limits painful movements, while three secure straps let you set a personalised fit. The internal cushioning is soft against the skin, and the anatomical shape keeps the brace comfortable during extended wear. The open-finger construction preserves dexterity so you can continue activities such as using a keyboard, holding a phone or doing light household tasks.

For those who need sided options, this listing is for the left hand in size S/M, but the product range also offers right-hand variants and other sizes. Consider that this brace provides firm support according to the manufacturer, however it may not fully immobilise the wrist for severe post-operative needs or heavy manual work. 🤲

## Technical Specifications

- Name: **BraceUP Wrist Support Brace with Metal Hand Splint (S/M, Left Hand)**
- Material: breathable mesh with soft inner lining
- Splint: lightweight aluminium hand splint
- Size: S/M
- Hand: left
- Colour: as supplied by manufacturer

## Benefits

Wearing the brace can reduce strain during repetitive tasks and ease night-time symptoms by keeping the wrist aligned. The breathable mesh helps minimise sweating in warm conditions and the premium lining is gentle on sensitive skin. The combination of rigidity and softness balances support with comfort, allowing extended use without frequent readjustment. 👍

## Usage Recommendations

Fasten the three straps to achieve firm but comfortable compression, and position the aluminium splint along the palmar side of the wrist for optimal support. Use during activities that trigger symptoms, during rest or while sleeping for extra stability. If you notice skin irritation, remove the brace periodically and consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist. 🩺
