## Description

This lightweight freestyle scooter brings approachable trick riding to children and early teens, combining manoeuvrability with durable components suited to learning. It’s aimed at beginner riders aged around 6 to 12 and offers a balance of low weight and practical features that help with progression.

## Key features

The BOLDCUBE Stunt Scooter targets entry level stunt riding without unnecessary complexity. Weighing 2.9 kg, it is noticeably easier to lift and spin compared with heavier alternatives, which helps younger riders attempt basic tricks and control turns. The deck features a micro crystallised grip tape that resists scratching and maintains traction, according to the manufacturer, giving confidence when landing. Wheels are robust 100 mm PU units running on ABEC 7 bearings, which should feel smooth for park and street practice. The scooter also includes a quad bolt collar clamp to keep the handlebar securely attached during impacts and a spring free flex brake that reduces rattling and delivers consistent stopping power.

## What you’ll notice day to day

Handling is the scooter’s main advantage, especially for riders moving from a basic kick scooter to stunt riding. The light frame makes manuals and spins less strenuous, while the tougher grip tape holds up to repeated use. Expect a straightforward, no fuss setup that needs little maintenance beyond wheel checks and occasional bolt tightening. Do note that this model is an entry level option and lacks advanced features found on higher end stunt scooters, which may matter as skill and demands grow.

## Best use cases

This scooter suits kids learning at the local skate park or practising tricks on driveways and schoolyards. It’s a pragmatic choice where cost and durability matter more than pro grade upgrades. You’ll like it if you want a lightweight, sturdy platform to learn basics and improve confidence on a stunt scooter.
