Benefits
The Q2 Mini balances surprising power with small dimensions, so you can apply consistent percussion even on dense muscles such as glutes and quads. It offers five speeds up to 3000 RPM and a 7mm amplitude, which, according to the manufacturer, helps break up knots and support myofascial release. The rubber-wrapped ABS body reduces hand vibration and improves grip. Fast USB Type-C PD charging lets you top up from a power bank, and the unit reaches a full charge in around 1.5 to 2 hours.
Usage tips
It’s a good fit if you want on-the-go recovery that does not take up much room in a gym bag or briefcase. Start at the lower speeds to assess tolerance and increase gradually for deeper work, avoiding bony areas and injured tissue. Bear in mind that stronger percussion may not be comfortable immediately after acute injuries, so consult a clinician when in doubt.
