## Description

## Key features

A slim brushed steel double switched wall socket that pairs two UK 13A outlets with Type A and Type C USB ports delivering 22W of combined USB charging. The BG Electrical NBS22UAC22W brings a neat, low-profile finish with white inserts and softly rounded corners, suitable for modern kitchens, home offices or living rooms. The fast charge USB feature adapts voltage to each device, and enters standby once charging completes, which helps avoid unnecessary trickle charging.

## Technical details

- Name: BG Electrical NBS22UAC22W
- Type: Double switched wall socket
- Capacity: 22W
- Material: Brushed steel
- Colour: White inserts

## Why it makes sense

The brushed steel faceplate lends a discreet contemporary look without visible plastic around the switches, while matching fixing screws keep the installation tidy. The captive screw terminals are angled and colour coded, so wiring is straightforward even when adding the USB feeds. Expect a clean appearance and practical usability rather than decorative flourish.

## Best use cases

This plate suits rooms where neat charging for phones and tablets alongside standard sockets is useful, such as hallways, studies and kitchens. It’s a practical choice if you want integrated USB charging without using separate adaptors, and it’s worth noting that voltage adapts per device which can be kinder to batteries. You’ll like it if you value a slim metal finish and fuss-free wiring during installation. 😊🔌🔋.
