BEAST RAGE Dip Belt 36 inch
Product description
The BEAST RAGE dip belt is a padded neoprene weightlifting belt designed to add resistance to dips and other bodyweight movements while keeping the lower back supported. It suits gym sessions where you want a secure, comfortable way to hang plates with a heavy duty steel chain and D ring attachments. This belt is useful for progressive overload and can be used across strength routines by more experienced lifters and those stepping up from bodyweight only training.
Highlights
Comfortable padding and a contoured design reduce pressure on the hips while the steel chain keeps plates centred and easy to load. The neoprene surface is relatively non-slip according to the product description, and the belt is claimed to stay snug around the waist without riding up. Expect a straightforward accessory that helps you add weight to dips, pullups and other hanging exercises, with quick changes thanks to the chain and D ring fittings. Note that heavier users may prefer to check chain condition periodically for wear.

Why it’s worth it
The padded belt softens contact against the hips while the chain arrangement aims to make plate changes fast. It is a simple, durable option if you want to introduce weighted dips or increase load on pull variations without relying on machines. The construction is described as heavy duty, which supports frequent gym use when treated sensibly.
Best use cases
It’s a good fit if you regularly perform weighted dips or pullups and need a low-cost, robust way to add plates. It makes sense for lifters who prefer straightforward equipment without buckles or complex hardware. If you prioritise minimalist kit and quick plate swaps, this belt supplies that function with basic lumbar support.
