Auxmir Night Light: LED Touch Table Lamp with 13 Colours, 5 Brightness Levels and Remote Control
Product description
What it is
Auxmir Night Light is a rechargeable, wireless bedside lamp designed to provide gentle illumination with colour versatility. It combines an LED touch top with a remote control, offering both direct touch interaction and remote convenience. With a single charge, it aims to cover typical evening activities from reading to late-night toddler checks without needing to hunt for a plug.
How it works
The lamp runs off a built-in 2500mAh battery, so you can place it on a bedside table, a living room shelf, or a campsite bench without being tethered by cables. Tap the lamp to switch modes or colours, or use the included remote for hands-free control. It offers four lighting modes (including steady, flash, strobe and fade) and five brightness levels, enabling you to tailor the ambience to the moment.
Key features worth noting
If you prioritise flexibility, this lamp stands out for its 13 colour options and multiple brightness levels, which means you can set a warm night-time glow or a brighter light for activities. The timer function lets you set the light to turn off after 1, 2, 4 or 6 hours—handy for helping little ones drift off without worrying about leaving lights on all night.
Who it’s for
This product suits bedrooms, kids’ rooms and living spaces where a portable, low-effort light is beneficial. It also works well for camping or quiet yoga sessions where adaptable lighting can set the atmosphere without requiring a heavy lighting rig.
Practical use and real-world notes
In day-to-day use, you’ll likely appreciate the wireless feature and the ease of switching colours to match mood or scene. It’s not a high-end smart lamp, but the dual control (touch and remote) adds convenience, particularly for people who don’t want to reach over the bed to adjust settings. A potential limitation is the charging cycle: if the battery runs too low, the lamp will flash as a reminder to recharge, which could interrupt a late-night session if you forget to top up.
When it makes sense to buy
Choose this lamp if you want a compact, versatile light that can travel between rooms or outdoor spaces and doesn’t rely on a mains connection. It’s a sensible option when you value multiple colour options and a range of brightness levels for different activities—from bedtime stories to quiet reading.
When you might skip it
If you require a fixed, high-lumen task light or you need an integrated smart home interface with voice control, this may not be the best fit. It’s more about ambience and portability than sheer illumination.
Before you buy: what to check
Consider how you’ll use it most: bedside ambient lighting, kids’ room nights, or campsite vibes. Check how easy the touch controls feel in the dark and confirm the remote’s signal range suits your room layout. Also note the battery will remind you to recharge when it’s low, so plan charging intervals accordingly.
Comparison cues (implied alternatives)
If you’re weighing options, think of a corded table lamp or a larger, more feature-rich smart lamp. The Auxmir unit offers portability, a sizeable battery and colour variety at a likely lower price point, trading off some advanced smart features for practicality and convenience in everyday or casual outdoor use.
Is it worth it?
Final verdict: It makes sense if you want a flexible, kid-friendly light that folds seamlessly into daily life without being tethered to a socket. It may not be the best option if you need intense task lighting or full smart-home integration. For many households, its portability and simple controls provide solid value for money.
