## Description

This Nintendo Switch collection brings two classic instalments of a long-running franchise to modern handheld play, packaged as download codes in the box. It combines naval adventure and a darker, story-driven experience, suitable for players who enjoy historical settings, exploration and stealth-based action.

## Key Points

This edition contains download codes only, so there is no physical game cartridge included. It bundles Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag and Assassin's Creed Rogue, giving access to both a pirate-centred naval epic and a narrative about a former assassin turned Templar. According to the publisher, the Black Flag portion includes its single-player DLCs delivered on the game card in the original releases, while Rogue presents enhanced features for the Nintendo Switch version.

## Technical Specifications

- **Name: Ubisoft Assassin's Creed Rebel Collection (Code in Box)**
- Format: Download code only, no cartridge included.
- Platform: Nintendo Switch.
- Titles included: Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag and Assassin's Creed Rogue.
- Additional content: Single-player DLCs for Black Flag as per original releases, and Switch-enhanced features for Rogue.

## Usage Recommendations

For the best experience, allow time for downloading the game files and any additional updates before you start playing. Players who enjoy open-world sailing, ship customisation and large-scale naval combat will find the Black Flag content especially engaging, while those interested in a more linear, story-focused campaign with stealth elements will appreciate Rogue. Storage space on the console should be checked in advance, because download-only editions require sufficient free memory to install both titles and patches.

## Positive Aspects

The pairing gives a contrast in tone and gameplay: a vast Caribbean sandbox with naval command and treasure hunting alongside a darker, character-driven tale about loyalty and conflict. Controls have been adapted for the Nintendo Switch, and Rogue includes enhancements that aim to suit the portable format. Consider that physical collectors who prefer cartridges will not have a disc or card, and that online features or patches may be required after download, according to the manufacturer.
