Why it’s worth it
This brace uses removable steel plate hinges that are 2mm thicker according to the manufacturer, which increases lateral support without overly restricting movement. A built-in silicone pad gives full patella coverage to ease pressure on the kneecap during dynamic activity. The parallel straps and dual side stabilizers help keep the sleeve in place while allowing controlled flexion. It is practical for those who need extra stability in daily workouts or on the pitch, though users seeking rigid immobilisation should note it is designed for support rather than complete restriction.
How to use it
Put the brace on with the open patella centred over the kneecap, then fasten the four Velcro straps to a snug but comfortable tension. Adjust the removable hinges if you want less or more rigidity and reposition the silicone pad if needed for comfort. It can be worn on either knee and is adaptable for varied thigh sizes, so it works well through training sessions and long days on your feet.
Care & maintenance
Hand wash in cool water and air dry to preserve elasticity and the Velcro fastenings. Avoid tumble drying and prolonged exposure to direct heat, as that can reduce fabric performance.
