## Description

## What it is
Aooshine’s Cordless Table Lamps come as a two-pack of rechargeable, touch-controlled lamps with a brown finish. They’re designed to sit on desks, nightstands or outdoor surfaces without being tethered to a plug, thanks to a built-in battery and USB-C charging.

## How it works
A simple tap on the top button powers the lamp on or off and cycles through three colour temperatures: 3000K (warm white), 4000K (natural white) and 5000K (daylight white). Press and hold to adjust brightness from 5% to 100% for each mode, with a brightness memory so you return to your last setting.

## What stands out
On paper, the lamp combines flexibility and convenience: wireless use with a substantial 4000mAh battery, 6-hour full charge via USB-C, and two adjustable heights (14.7in and 9.3in) to suit different spaces—from bedside to dining tables. The coating is described as waterproof, scratch‑resistant and corrosion‑proof, which broadens where you could place it beyond indoor settings.

## Real‑world use cases
If you prioritise a nightstand lamp that isn’t tied to a socket, this set is a sensible option. The two heights let you experiment with ambience—lower height for cosy mood lighting and higher for task lighting at a table. The three colour temperatures are useful for different tasks: warm white for relaxing evenings, natural white for reading, and daylight white for detail work.

## Pros and potential limits
Pros: cordless freedom, long battery life, tunable colour temperatures, dimmable brightness with memory, two heights for flexible placement, and a robust, protective coating. It’s not perfect: the description does not specify exact lumen output or IP rating, so outdoors usage should be considered a cautious assumption, the build quality in real-world use is something buyers may want to validate.

## Who it’s for
This product tends to suit bedrooms, living areas, and patios where a plug point isn’t convenient. It may appeal to those seeking easy, ambient lighting with quick changes between mood settings, and to shoppers who value portability and a compact two‑lamp setup.

## Who it’s not for
If you need very bright task lighting or exact lumen specs for photography or detailed work, or if you require a formal outdoor lighting certification, this model may fall short of those niche needs. It also relies on a battery, if you frequently use the lamps at maximum brightness for long spells, battery longevity in daily use might be a practical consideration.

## What to check before buying
- Confirm charging via USB-C and expected full recharge time (listed as 6 hours).
- Consider the two height options and whether they fit your intended spaces.
- Think about whether you’ll use them indoors, outdoors, or both, given the stated waterproof coating.
- If you need precise lumen levels or high-intensity light for tasks, assess whether this product aligns with those requirements.

## Comparison and buying context
For casual, flexible lighting, cordless lamps like these offer a different value proposition than corded, fixed lamps. They work well when you want to re‑imagine a room’s lighting quickly or set up a temporary mood lighting arrangement for occasions, without the constraint of outlets and wires. If you prefer a more traditional plug-in lamp with higher guaranteed brightness, you might look elsewhere, but for transient layouts and easy portability, these two lamps are a pragmatic option.

## Is it worth it?
You’ll like it if you want a practical, battery-powered lighting duo that’s easy to move and adjust. It may not be the best fit if you prioritise very bright, focused light or a fully clarified outdoor IP rating for rugged use. Overall, it represents sensible value for money in the cordless, ambient lighting category.

## FAQ
- How long does the battery last on a full charge? The base spec notes a 4000mAh battery with charging to full in 6 hours, actual runtime will depend on brightness level and colour mode.
- Can I use these outdoors? The lamps are described with a waterproof coating, but you should assess your specific outdoor conditions and any manufacturer guidance before prolonged outdoor use.
- Are the two heights easy to switch between? The lamps offer two heights (14.7in and 9.3in), enabling quick adaptation to different surfaces.

## Final thought
If you value portability, adaptable ambience, and a straightforward touch interface, these Aooshine cordless lamps offer a practical, low-hassle lighting option for everyday spaces and casual outdoor use.
