## Description

This active sports bra from [amazon](https://www.amazon.co.uk/Amazon-Essentials-Support-Racerback-Workout/dp/B0F79V78D2?tag=ukoftitasto-21) Essentials combines medium support with a racerback design to accompany gym sessions and everyday workouts, offering sweat-resistant fabric and removable cups for personalised shaping. It is aimed at training sessions of low to medium impact where comfort and breathability matter most.

## Key Points

The bra uses a medium-weight stretch fabric with a subtle sheen and a soft hand feel, according to the manufacturer. It features moisture-wicking construction and fully opaque coverage to avoid transparency during movement. Removable cups allow you to adjust the level of shaping and support, while flat seams and a soft internal elastic band reduce chafing during exercise. The racerback silhouette helps keep straps secure and offers freedom of shoulder movement. Consider that support is described as medium, so it may not suit high-impact running for everyone.

## Technical Specifications

- **Name**: **[amazon](https://www.amazon.co.uk/Amazon-Essentials-Support-Racerback-Workout/dp/B0F79V78D2?tag=ukoftitasto-21) Essentials Women's Active Total Train Medium Support Racerback Sports Bra**
- Material: medium-weight stretch performance fabric, breathable and moisture-wicking.
- Support level: medium support, suitable for low to medium impact activities.
- Features: removable cups, elasticated internal band, mesh-lined panels.
- Design: round neckline with crossed racerback, flatlock seams for comfort.

## Benefits

This style balances containment with comfort, so it manages gentle to more dynamic sessions without feeling restrictive. The soft fabric and flat seams keep irritation to a minimum, which is useful for repeated wear during long training days. Because it is fully opaque and has moisture control, it helps maintain discreet, dry coverage when exercising. The removable cups make it flexible for those who prefer a more natural silhouette or extra shaping.

## Usage Recommendations

For studio classes, strength training and everyday gym visits, wear this bra as a standalone top or under a loose vest to add modesty and support. If you plan to do high-impact running or intense plyometrics, consider pairing it with a higher-support option or testing fit with the movements you normally perform to ensure comfort and control. Machine wash on a gentle cycle and avoid high heat drying to preserve elasticity and shape.
