## Description

## What this is and who it’s for
This is a cropped, body-hugging tank with light internal support designed for A–C cup sizes. Built to sit a little longer than a standard sports bra, it aims to provide coverage and comfortable support for low-impact activities. If you prioritise everyday athleisure, gentle yoga, Pilates or breezy running errands, this top is pitched as a versatile option that works in and out of the gym.

## How it performs
The FormFlex fabric is described as soft, moisture-wicking and breathable, intended to keep you cool and comfortable during light workouts or relaxed wear. The design features removable cups and a flattering V-neck, with a longer silhouette for extra coverage. It’s positioned as suitable for yoga and similar activities—not for high-impact training.

## Fit, comfort and fabric details
The top combines a cropped profile with a form-fitting cut to provide a light level of support without relying on a separate sports bra. Removable cups add a degree of customisation for modesty or shaping. The longer length can help it stay in place during movement and offer additional midriff coverage.

## What’s best about it
- Lightweight, breathable feel thanks to FormFlex fabric.
- Low-impact support that’s easy to wear all day, whether in the studio or on the move.
- Removable cups give you option to adjust coverage and shape.
- The longer crop length adds confidence for workouts that involve bending or reaching.

## Where it may fall short
- It’s explicitly designed for low-impact activities, if you’re after high-impact support, this may not satisfy that demand.
- As a cropped top, it exposes midriff and may not suit everyone’s preferred coverage in all settings.
- Fabric attributes (softness, moisture-wicking) are stated but not quantified, if you have specific requirements (e.g., very high sweat levels or sensitive skin), you might want to assess fit and comfort in real wear.

## Suitable uses and ideal buyers
- Gentle yoga, Pilates, light cardio, and athleisure days.
- Those seeking a cropped silhouette with a bit of shaping and a soft, comfortable feel.
- Shoppers prioritising a versatile piece to pair with matching leggings from the same line.

## When to think twice or look for alternatives
- If you need high-support or performance gear for intense workouts, this isn’t the best match.
- If you prefer full-length tops or more coverage during workouts, you may want to opt for a different style.
- If you’re between sizes or between cup sizes, consider how removable cups and the cropped fit might affect comfort.

## Practical considerations before buying
- Check your usual size against the cropped, form-fitting cut, the product is designed to sit close to the body with light support.
- Consider pairing with form-matching leggings for a cohesive look and greater coverage when moving.
- If you value fabric behaviour, think about moisture management during your typical activity level and climate.

## Practical use example
Imagine a calm morning yoga session: you slip on the crop tank, remove the cups for a flatter silhouette, and simply focus on breath and flow. After class, you jog a quick errand with a light, breathable layer over the top. It’s the kind of piece that doesn’t shout performance wear, yet remains useful for casual movement throughout a day.

## FAQ
- Do removable cups affect support? They offer optional shaping and modesty, if you prefer more structure, you can keep them in or replace with your own inserts.
- Is this suitable for high-impact workouts? No—this is designed for low-impact activities and everyday wear.
- How does FormFlex feel against the skin? It’s described as buttery soft and breathable, intended to stay comfortable through wear.

## Is it worth it?
Worth considering if you want a lightweight, cropped layer for yoga, Pilates or casual athleisure, with a soft touch and modest internal support. It may not be the best choice if you require high-impact performance or full coverage during workouts.
