## Description

This dog training pads offer a practical solution for house training and ongoing care, with a five layer construction that helps manage odours and moisture. The quick drying surface and included attractant support positive reinforcement during toilet training while protecting floors at home or in the car.

**[amazon](https://www.amazon.co.uk/Amazon-Basics-Odour-Control-Leakproof-Quick-Dry/dp/B071S81VYX?tag=ukoftitasto-21) Basics Carbon Odour-Control Dog and Puppy Training Pads** provide a reliable option for puppies, older dogs or situations where outdoor access is limited. The carbon component helps with odour control and the leak proof liner keeps surfaces clean. In practice the core moisture is transformed into a gel on contact, reducing wet messes and making clear the need for a quick change. 🐶💧

Key Points

The pads are designed for indoor use as well as for travels, with a plastic backing to minimise leaks on floors. The surface is structured to promote rapid drying while a scented attractant can help dogs learn where to go. This combination supports consistent training while offering a sensible level of convenience for busy households. The regular size measures 56 by 56 centimetres, with a central core that measures 50 by 50 centimetres for effective absorption.

Technical Specifications

- Name: **[amazon](https://www.amazon.co.uk/Amazon-Basics-Odour-Control-Leakproof-Quick-Dry/dp/B071S81VYX?tag=ukoftitasto-21) Basics Carbon Odour-Control Dog and Puppy Training Pads**

Benefits

The product is designed to help with puppies and older dogs by offering a predictable target area and absorbing moisture efficiently. The gel formation keeps liquids contained within the pad rather than spreading across the floor, while the odour control helps maintain a fresher room environment. The quick-dry surface reduces the time needed to manage a scene and makes handling easier after use. Overall, these pads strike a balance between reliability and convenience for daily routines.

Usage Recommendations

Place the pad on a flat, clean surface in a quiet area to reduce distractions during training sessions. Replace pads promptly after use to maintain cleanliness and avoid lingering smells that could confuse a dog. Consider rotating pads if you have multiple rooms to encourage consistent marking behaviours across your living space. If you are training in a car or during travel, secure the pad on a stable surface to prevent slipping and ensure easy removal after use. 🧷🚗

Usage Tips

For best results, introduce the pads gradually and pair with a reliable cue to help your dog associate the pad with toilet visits. Expect a learning curve, especially with puppies, and adjust the training frequency according to your dog's pace. The five-layer design provides robust absorption, but it is still best to change pads as soon as they show signs of saturation to maintain hygiene and comfort.
