## Description

## Highlights

The AFMAT PSX5 is a fully automatic electric pencil sharpener designed to make sharpening coloured pencils simple and mess free. Drop a pencil in and it auto feeds the pencil then ejects it once pointy, offering a hands-free experience that reduces the chance of little fingers getting hurt and eases repeated classroom use. The sharpener suits school, home and art sessions where quick, consistent points matter.

## Tech specs

- Name: AFMAT PSX5
- Type: Fully automatic electric pencil sharpener
- Size: Suitable for pencils φ7-11.5mm
- Capacity: Built-in 2000mAh lithium battery
- Colour: Purple

## Benefits

This model offers three selectable tip options — sharp, medium and blunt — so you can switch between fine lines and broader coverage without changing tools. The blunt setting is useful for colouring large areas and is forgiving for young users, while the sharp setting supports detailed drawing. The mechanism aims to keep pencils centred for even tips, and it will sharpen short pencils down to about 2.9 inches which helps reduce waste.

## Getting the most from it

Charge the unit via a 5V 2A adapter for faster recharging, and note it supports charging while in use. For best results, use softer core coloured pencils on medium or blunt settings to lessen the chance of breakage. It is compact and vertical in design so it fits neatly on a small desk or slips into a school bag for art on the go.

## Who it’s for

You’ll like it if you need a low-maintenance sharpener for classrooms, family art sessions or an artist’s starter kit. It makes sense if you value portability, rechargeable convenience and a no-touch operation that keeps sharpening tidy and safe. Please note that very hard pencil cores may require gentler handling on the sharpest setting.
