## Description

## The essentials
An adjustable weighted vest like this one is for people who want extra resistance without having to swap equipment every session. It’s aimed at both cardio and strength training, using 96 removable steel plate weights so you can build up load gradually. If you’re the sort of lifter (or runner) who likes structure—warm-up light, working set heavier—this kind of vest can make it easier to keep your sessions consistent.

That said, it’s not magic. A weighted vest is only as good as your fit, your tolerance for added load, and the way you progress. If you’re expecting a “one vest for everything at any weight” experience with zero compromise, you may end up disappointed. On paper, this one leans toward practical training: adjustable straps, multiple weight pockets, and rust-resistant steel plates.
