## Description

A neat edge and a practical water barrier call for a strip that can be cut to suit the area. This 4M silicone sealing strip is designed for use around showers, baths and sinks, helping direct water away from surrounding floors and surfaces. Its adhesive backing makes it straightforward to position on a clean, dry, smooth surface.

## Technical overview
The strip is made from silicone and provides a defined raised edge to help contain water in wet areas. Use it along a shower tray or floor, around a bath or sink, or beside a washing machine or toilet. It can be installed horizontally or vertically to suit the gap and the direction in which you want to guide water.

- Material: Silicone
- Colour: White
- Length: 4M
- Height: 15mm
- Adhesive: One adhesive backing
- Recommended surfaces: Smooth, flat surfaces in kitchens and bathrooms

For a practical shower setup, measure the edge where water tends to spread, cut the strip to length and press it into place. At corners, cut adjoining ends at 45 degrees to form a 90-degree join, the strip is intended for straight runs rather than bending around corners. Clean and dry the surface before fitting, and apply silicone sealant along the bottom edge and at the ends for a more secure, lasting seal. Silicone sealant is not included. Leave the installation dry for 24 hours before use.

## Who it’s for
This edging suits households looking to guide water away from an open shower area, bathtub edge or sink worktop without fitting a full enclosure. It is also intended for use near washing machines and toilets, where a defined barrier can help keep nearby flooring drier. The 4M length offers material for measuring and trimming to the run you need, while the white silicone finish gives the edge a clean, simple appearance.

Buyers often appreciate the strip’s neat look and straightforward fitting process. Feedback on adhesion and water containment is mixed, so careful preparation and the recommended sealant application are important parts of installation. For the best fit, mark the line first, peel the backing away gradually and press the strip down as you work. This helps keep it aligned and avoids exposing the adhesive all at once.

## What you get
The pack contains one shower strip with an adhesive backing. Measure the full run before cutting and allow a little extra length for trimming. Once fitted, seal along the base and ends with silicone sealant, then keep the area dry for the stated curing period. This gives the barrier a clear edge against the surface and is a useful finishing step for everyday splash control.

## Buying verdict
Choose this Zayejod strip when you want a cut-to-length silicone edging for a shower, bath, sink or other listed wet-area application. Its 4M length, adhesive backing and raised profile make it a practical way to create a defined water barrier on a smooth, flat surface, with the final fit tailored to the run and corners of your space.
