VASAGLE LCT202B01 Lift-Top Coffee Table with Steel Frame and Hidden Storage
Product description
For working on a laptop or eating from the sofa, the VASAGLE LCT202B01 has a top that lifts from 46.5 cm to 62 cm. Would a fixed-height coffee table be as adaptable to both? A hidden compartment and three open compartments provide places for books, games and blankets. Its vintage-brown top and black steel frame bring an industrial look to the living room.
Best use cases
This table is designed for living rooms where the coffee table needs to do more than hold drinks. Raising the top brings it to a more practical height for sofa-side work, a meal or a hands-on activity, while the space underneath keeps some belongings out of sight. The three open compartments make frequently used items easier to reach, so they suit things such as magazines and games.
At 50 x 100 cm, it has a rectangular footprint, so it is worth considering how that shape will sit with the seating and walking space in your room. It makes sense if you want adjustable height and storage in one piece of furniture rather than a simple, fixed-top table.

Where it shines
The lift-top design is the main reason to choose this model over a conventional coffee table: it can change height for seated tasks, while the fixed compartments continue to offer storage. The manufacturer describes safety hinges and a reinforced cross section to support the top when raised. That makes the added movement useful without removing the table’s everyday storage role.
The finish and frame also give it a more defined industrial style than a plain, minimal table, so it may suit a room where the coffee table is intended to be a visible part of the décor. The tabletop has a veneer that can be wiped with a damp cloth, and the package includes numbered parts, tools and instructions for assembly. Customer feedback in the supplied summary highlights perceived sturdiness and quality, that is useful context, but it does not replace the stated load capacities when deciding what to place on each surface.
Practical questions
How high does the tabletop lift? It adjusts from 46.5 cm to 62 cm, providing a higher surface for sofa-side work or meals.
Where can smaller living-room items be stored? There is a hidden compartment beneath the top and three open compartments. The stated 22.5 kg capacity for the open compartments applies to them in total.
How is the top cleaned? The veneer is described as waterproof, and the care guidance is to wipe it with a damp cloth when needed.
Is it worth it?
The case for the LCT202B01 is strongest if you will use both its adjustable top and its mix of concealed and open storage. A standard fixed-height coffee table is a simpler choice if you do not need the raised surface, this model’s extra mechanism and compartments are most relevant when they solve everyday sofa-side tasks. You may want to skip it if moving a 25.9 kg table would be inconvenient. Its dimensions, finish and stated load limits are the practical details to weigh against the flexibility you would actually use.
