## Description

When a fireplace, stove or small boiler is already producing heat, the UISEBRT chimney heat exchanger can put some of that warmth to work for hot water and heating support. Its flexible corrugated coil is designed to sit in a chimney and use otherwise wasted heat, without needing additional electricity, gas or solar power.

Made from 304 stainless steel, it offers a practical way to make more use of an existing heat source around the home.

## Tech specs
- Type: Chimney heat exchanger
- Material: 304 stainless steel
- Product dimensions: 40 x 18 x 18 cm
- Connection: 1/2 inch
- Power source: Hand-powered
- Part number: RHX-(QN10460)

## Everyday use
The exchanger is intended for homes with a fireplace, stove or small boiler where chimney heat would otherwise go unused. Its flexible corrugated construction adapts to different chimney diameters, while the coil’s contact with the hot chimney helps transfer heat to water. That makes it relevant for household tasks such as supplying a sink or bathroom, supporting heating, or providing water for garden irrigation.

Rather than adding a separate powered appliance to create heat, this approach makes use of heat already generated by a fire or boiler. Would you rather put that existing warmth to practical use? The exchanger is designed to help do so without an additional electricity, gas or solar supply. Its role is to support hot-water and heating needs, making it a useful addition where one of those heat sources is part of everyday home use.

## Box contents
The box contains one stainless steel chimney heat exchanger, one copper ball valve, one pressure relief valve and sealing tape. The flexible coil is the central component, the valve and tape are supplied for the connection and sealing aspects of installation. The product is described as suitable for DIY installation, with its flexible form intended to accommodate different chimney diameters.

## Practical questions
Does the exchanger need electricity to heat water? No additional electricity, gas or solar power is required for its stated use. It uses waste heat from a fireplace, stove or small boiler, so a suitable heat source is needed.

What can the heated water be used for? The listed household uses include sinks, bathrooms and heating support, as well as front garden irrigation. The exchanger is intended to recover heat for these practical water uses.

What makes the coil adaptable to different chimneys? Its flexible corrugated pipe construction is designed to fit chimneys of different diameters and provide a broad contact surface for heat transfer. This makes it suited to a range of home chimney setups described for fireplaces, stoves and small boilers.

## Final verdict
For households already using a fireplace, stove or small boiler, this exchanger offers a direct way to make use of chimney heat for hot water and heating support. The 304 stainless steel coil, flexible construction and included valves and sealing tape make it a practical choice for adding waste-heat recovery to suitable home use.
