## Description

For a yoga class or a gym session, these shorts combine a high waist with a front seamless design. The 8-inch style gives you a defined shorts length. Pockets add a practical place for small essentials. Their polyamide and elastane fabric brings stretch to everyday training.

## Fit and sizing
The high-waisted cut and elastic waistband give these shorts a close-fitting feel, while the front seamless construction keeps the front design smooth. Customer feedback highlights comfort and a positive fit, with one buyer specifically appreciating the wide waistband. Sizing comments are mixed, and some buyers say the shorts run small. The elasticated waist and stretch fabric are useful details to consider when choosing a pair for movement and training.

The 8-inch length makes this a more covered shorts style than a shorter cut. It can suit yoga, gym workouts and other active plans where you want shorts that stay part of your outfit rather than a minimal-length design. If you are comparing options, the length and high waist are useful points to weigh alongside your preferred fit.

## Strengths
The practical advantage here is the combination of pockets and a workout-ready design. Keep small essentials close while moving between exercises or during a walk to and from the gym. For a session where you want pockets as part of your shorts, this offers a different approach from a plain pair without them.

The fabric is made from 80% polyamide and 20% elastane. That blend brings stretch to the garment, helping it move with you through yoga poses and gym exercises. The elastic high waist adds a defined waistline, while the scrunch seam brings a shaping detail to the back. Together, these features make the shorts suitable for training as well as casual activewear.

The front seamless detail gives the design a clean finish, and the 8-inch cut offers a clear length choice for shoppers who prefer more coverage than shorter gym shorts. The design is intended for a range of occasions, so it can work beyond a single workout setting when you want comfortable, fitted activewear.

## Final verdict
These THE GYM PEOPLE shorts bring together a high elastic waist, stretch fabric, pockets and an 8-inch length in one training style. They are a practical choice for yoga and gym sessions when you want a fitted pair with room for small essentials, plus a shaping scrunch seam and a smooth front design. Choose them for the specific mix of coverage and useful details rather than for a basic, pocket-free workout short.
