## Description

Some workout tops are designed around a close, structured feel, this one takes a lighter, more relaxed approach. The THE GYM PEOPLE women's cotton crew neck T-shirt pairs a loose fit with a breathable feel for easy movement through everyday activities.

A side slit adds a relaxed detail to the hem, while the soft, lightweight cotton makes this a comfortable layer for warm-weather wear. Its solid colour keeps the look simple and easy to style.

Wear it for a yoga session, a run, a gym workout or a casual day out. It offers an uncomplicated alternative for anyone who wants an athletic top that can move between exercise and daily leisure.

## Getting the most from it

The loose fit suits activities where you want a less restrictive feel, and the crew neck gives the top a familiar, straightforward shape. The side slit brings extra ease at the hem, making it a practical detail when you are moving or stretching. For a workout, pair it with your usual fitness bottoms, after a session, its simple solid-colour design works just as naturally for everyday wear.

The lightweight, breathable feel makes the T-shirt particularly suited to summer routines and active days. Choose it when you want one easy-to-wear layer for activities such as yoga, running and general workouts, rather than a more structured style of training top.

## Spec sheet

- Type: Women's athletic T-shirt
- Material: Cotton
- Neckline: Crew neck
- Fit: Loose
- Design: Solid colour with side slit
- Feel: Lightweight, soft and breathable

## Strengths

Its appeal is in the combination of comfort and versatility. Cotton, a soft feel and a relaxed cut make it suited to repeat wear, while the breathable design supports use for fitness as well as casual leisure. The side slit gives the top a distinctive finish without making the overall look difficult to style.

Buyer feedback often highlights the comfortable, flattering fit and the top's suitability for working out. Some also like its relaxed, stylish look. Views on fabric quality are mixed, and while some buyers say it washes well, others mention that it can wrinkle after hanging to dry. These are useful points to weigh if your priorities include a particularly crease-resistant finish.

## Is it worth it?

It’s a good fit if you want a cotton crew neck top with a relaxed silhouette for both exercise and everyday wear. Rather than being centred on a technical or close-fitting look, it offers a soft, lightweight option with a side-slit hem and a simple solid-colour finish. That combination makes it a practical choice for keeping your summer fitness wardrobe easy to wear across workouts, yoga, runs and casual plans.
