SONGMICS Pataye Collection BSC068W01 3-Tier Steel Storage Trolley, Matte White
Product description
Three mesh shelves make use of vertical space, while castors let you move everyday supplies between rooms instead of carrying them by hand. The SONGMICS Pataye Collection BSC068W01 is a practical choice when storage needs to stay accessible and mobile.
Use it for laundry products, kitchen items, books or craft supplies. Its steel frame and baskets give it a more open, movable format than a fixed cabinet.
The choice comes down to what matters most: a trolley that can be repositioned, or storage that stays in one place. This model is designed for the first need, with brakes to help keep it stationary when parked.
Technical details
- Name: SONGMICS Pataye Collection BSC068W01
- Type: 3-tier storage trolley
- Material: Steel frame with metal mesh baskets
- Colour: Matte white
- Castors: Four, including two with brakes
- Maximum static load: 10 kg per tier
The stated load is a static limit for each tier, rather than a suggestion to overload the trolley while moving it. The product details supplied also show differing footprint measurements. Confirm the exact dimensions in the product information before deciding where it will fit.
Everyday use
The three baskets keep items grouped and visible, which can be handy when a cupboard or drawer makes frequently used supplies harder to reach. In a kitchen, it could hold items that you want close at hand, in a laundry room, it can keep detergents together. It can also serve as a mobile home for books or painting supplies, rather than spreading them across a work surface.
Customer feedback describes the trolley as useful and easy to assemble, with some buyers highlighting kitchen use and children’s craft storage. Buyers also speak positively about its appearance and the amount it holds. Those impressions are subjective, so consider the basket format and the stated load limit against the items you plan to store.
How to use it
The trolley is supplied with labelled parts and illustrated instructions, and the listed assembly process involves connecting the parts without complex tools. Once assembled, the handle and four castors allow it to be moved around a room or office, two castors have brakes for when you want it to stay put.
Keep the 10 kg maximum static load per tier in mind when arranging heavier items. The safety guidance also advises caution on uneven surfaces to avoid tipping. For a practical setup, place heavier supplies low and use the upper baskets for lighter items you reach for often, this is a sensible way to organise the tiers, not a change to their stated capacity.
When it makes sense
It suits you if you want compact, open storage that can move between nearby tasks, such as laundry and household cleaning or a craft area and its supplies. Compared with fixed shelving, the useful difference is mobility, compared with a small countertop organiser, the trolley offers three separate tiers and can be rolled elsewhere when needed.
Better avoided if it will regularly cross uneven surfaces, as the safety guidance specifically warns about tipping in those conditions. It may also be less suitable if you need enclosed storage or a fixed piece of furniture rather than open baskets on castors. Choose it for accessible, movable organisation, and base the fit decision on the confirmed dimensions and the weight of what each tier will hold.
