## Description

When washing up, a dish rack that directs water towards the sink helps keep the surrounding worktop tidier. The SONGMICS PATALLA KCS550G01 has a 360° rotatable, extendable spout to channel drainage into the sink.

Its rack holds up to 11 plates, with room for bowls and cups, making it suited to everyday washing-up in a small household. A removable cutlery holder with three compartments keeps spoons, forks and knives organised.

The snap-together design needs no tools or screws, so you can assemble it quickly and take it apart for cleaning or moving.

The powder-coated steel is designed to resist rust and deformation in a damp kitchen environment. Compared with a simple flat draining mat, this rack adds organised plate storage and a dedicated place for cutlery, while directing water towards the sink. That makes it a practical fit for regular washing-up where keeping dishes arranged and the worktop clear matters.

## How to use it
Assemble the rack by fitting its pieces together, no tools or screws are required. Place it beside the sink, then position the extendable spout so it reaches over the sink and can channel water in that direction. Its rotating design lets you orient the outlet to suit the rack’s placement.

Set plates in the rack and use the remaining space for bowls and cups. Sort cutlery into the holder’s three compartments, or remove the holder to keep it separate when organising utensils. The rack can also be disassembled when you want to move it or clean around its parts.

## Practical tips
For a straightforward washing-up routine, arrange the rack next to the sink before loading dishes, and point the spout towards the basin. Separate the cutlery as you go, the divided holder makes spoons, forks and knives easier to organise and take out. Keeping plates upright and grouped with bowls and cups also makes good use of the rack’s space.

Buyers often highlight the neat design, straightforward assembly and useful drainage arrangement. Some also appreciate being able to position the spout to drain from different sides. These comments reflect individual experiences, while the rotatable, extendable outlet and tool-free assembly are built into the product’s design.

## Final verdict
The SONGMICS PATALLA KCS550G01 brings together organised dish storage, a divided removable cutlery holder and adjustable drainage in one compact rack. It is a useful choice for small households that want space for plates, bowls and cups, with water directed towards the sink rather than left to collect on the worktop.
