SONGMICS HSR67BK02 Wall-Mounted Clothes Rails, Set of 2, Matte Black
Product description
Practical tips
If you need extra hanging space without adding furniture to the floor, this set of two SONGMICS wall-mounted clothes rails is designed for that job. Each rail is 92 x 30 x 7.5 cm, with a 30 cm gap from the wall for hangers and clothes. That makes it a practical fit for a bedroom, laundry room or clothes display. A freestanding rail may suit a space where drilling is not an option, these make more sense when you want to use a wall instead.
The stated load limit depends on the wall: up to 60 kg per rail on solid brick or concrete, and up to 45 kg on wooden walls. Those figures are maximum static loads, not a reason to overlook the fixing surface. The manufacturer advises seeking professional help if you cannot identify your wall type or are unsure about installation. Wall anchors and instructions are included, but secure fitting is central to how this product performs.
What stands out
The rails are made from steel and finished in matte black, with a pipe-style design that gives them an industrial look. Their 30 cm projection leaves room for most hangers, while the wall-mounted format keeps the floor clear. For example, one rail could hold coats and dressing gowns in a bedroom, with the other used for laundry or clothing that needs to dry. The pair also offers more flexibility than buying a single rail, provided you have two suitable places to mount them.
Buyers’ comments are positive about the appearance and usefulness for items such as coats and dressing gowns, but feedback on sturdiness is mixed. Some describe the rail as sturdy, while others raise concerns about wall stability and the supplied screws. This makes careful installation a more important consideration than the industrial finish alone, the stated load figures depend on the wall and fitting.
Key takeaways
Each rail weighs 1.3 kg and measures 92 x 30 x 7.5 cm. The package includes two clothes rails, two accessory bags and instructions. The supplied information describes these as a space-saving alternative to a wardrobe or freestanding clothes rail, rather than a complete enclosed storage solution: clothes remain on show and need a suitable wall for mounting.
It suits you if you want open hanging space for everyday clothes and have walls appropriate for secure installation. You may want to skip it if you need a freestanding option or cannot establish whether your wall can support a wall-mounted rail. If you prioritise a clean, floor-saving layout, the pair is more relevant than a basic single hanging bar, but installation should guide the decision.

Buying verdict
The SONGMICS HSR67BK02 is worth considering when you need two open hanging points and want to keep floor space free. Its steel construction, matte black finish and wall-dependent load limits are useful details, but the mixed buyer feedback on sturdiness and fixings means the wall and installation deserve careful attention. Choose it for a suitably supported wall and accessible storage, not as a substitute for a freestanding rail or closed wardrobe.
