SONGMICS CRI33B-20 Metal Clothes Hangers, 20-Pack, Non-Slip, Slim Design
Product description
When you’re reorganising a wardrobe and want to hang shirts, dresses and trousers without using bulky hangers, the SONGMICS CRI33B-20 offers a slim metal format in a pack of 20. Its black PVC coating and shoulder notches are intended to help keep garments in place, while the narrow profile leaves more room on the rail than a thicker hanger would.
It suits everyday wardrobe storage, with the option of using the hangers for wet laundry too. The main choice is between saving rail space and choosing a more substantial hanger for garments that need a different level of support.
How to use it
Hang shirts or tops from the shoulders, using the notches for straps or scarves, and use the lower bar to organise trousers. The hook is described as rotating through 360°, which can make it easier to turn a garment towards you when arranging a rail. Each hanger is rated for a load of up to 3 kg, so that figure is a useful guide when deciding what to hang on it.
The PVC-coated metal wire is also described as suitable for wet laundry, so the same set can serve at the wardrobe rail or when hanging washing to dry. The stated dimensions are 42.5 x 20.5 x 0.4 cm (W x H x D). Avoid leaving the hangers in rooms with high temperatures for long periods, as advised by the manufacturer.
Why it’s worth it
A set of 20 makes sense when you need to organise several garments at once rather than replace a single hanger. The thin shape is the main practical advantage: it is designed to take up less rail space than bulkier styles. For a wardrobe with limited room, that may matter more than choosing a broad, padded hanger, the latter may suit a different need, but it does not match this set’s space-saving focus.
Buyers praise the non-slip feel and the space-conscious design, and some compare the hangers favourably with plastic alternatives. Feedback on the hooks is less consistent: although they are specified as swivel hooks, some buyers say theirs do not rotate. If dependable movement is essential, that mixed feedback is worth factoring into your choice.
Key features
The set contains 20 black hangers made from metal wire with a PVC coating. The coating, together with two shoulder notches, is intended to help reduce slipping, while the slim triangular shape is designed for shirts, T-shirts, dresses, strappy tops and trousers. A 360° rotating hook is listed as a feature, and the hangers are described as usable with both dry and wet clothes. The stated load capacity is 3 kg per hanger.
It’s a good fit if you want one slim set for everyday clothing and occasional laundry drying. It’s not for you if you need a confirmed rotating action on every hook, given the mixed buyer feedback on that point.
Questions before you buy
Can these hangers be used for wet clothes? They are described as suitable for both dry and wet laundry, so they can be used for wardrobe storage as well as hanging washing to dry.
Will they suit tops with straps? The shoulders have two notches, intended to hold items such as strappy tops or scarves rather than letting them slide off as easily.
Do the hooks rotate? The product details specify a 360° swivel hook, but some buyers report that their hooks do not rotate. Consider that difference if swivelling is a key requirement.
When it makes sense
Choose the CRI33B-20 when you want a coordinated set of slim, coated hangers for everyday garments and would make practical use of the notches and narrow profile. The pack size, stated dimensions and 3 kg load rating give you concrete points to compare with your wardrobe needs. For garments that call for a different hanger shape, or if consistent hook rotation is essential, a more specialised alternative may be a better match.
