## Description

## Usage tips

At 28cm, this aluminium skillet gives you room to cook omelettes, pancakes and other everyday favourites. For a single egg, a smaller pan may suit a more compact cooking routine, for pancakes or sautéing, the wider surface offers more working space. The smooth Switzerland ILAG nonstick coating helps food release with less oil, making it useful for lighter cooking as well as quick frying. Use it on induction, gas or another compatible stovetop, and take advantage of the heat-resistant Bakelite handle for a comfortable grip while cooking. For care, hand wash with warm water and soap, then dry with a towel, the smooth surface and rivet-free interior make cleaning straightforward.

## Why it’s worth it

The nonstick surface is the main everyday benefit: eggs and omelettes can slide away more easily, and the pan needs less oil for cooking. That makes it a practical choice when you want to prepare breakfast without food catching on the cooking surface, or move on to pancakes, frying and sautéing in the same pan. Its 28cm format also gives you useful space when cooking more than one portion or working with several ingredients.

The cast aluminium body is designed to heat quickly and evenly, while the base works across stovetops including induction. That broad compatibility makes the skillet easier to fit into a kitchen with different hob types. Inside, the rivet-free design keeps the cooking surface smooth and simplifies the clean-up after a busy meal. The Bakelite handle has a woodgrain finish and is designed to stay cool while cooking, giving you a comfortable point to hold as you move the pan on the hob.

## Questions before you buy

**Can I use this skillet on an induction hob?** Yes. It is described as compatible with induction, gas and all stovetops, so it can be used on an induction hob as well as other compatible hob types.

**What can I cook in it?** It is suited to frying, grilling and sautéing, with eggs, omelettes and pancakes highlighted as everyday uses. The nonstick surface helps food release with less oil.

**How should I clean the pan?** Hand washing with warm water and soap is recommended to help extend the life of the nonstick surface. The smooth coating and rivet-free interior help make cleaning simple.

## Should you buy it?

It makes sense if you want one 28cm pan for easy-release eggs, omelettes, pancakes and everyday frying, with the added flexibility of induction compatibility. The aluminium body, smooth nonstick coating and comfortable heat-resistant handle make it a practical fit for regular stovetop cooking and straightforward clean-up.
