## Description

For a one-pan dinner of seared chicken and vegetables, this 28cm SENSARTE sauté pan gives you room to fry, stir-fry or simmer in the same pan. Its 4-litre capacity and deep sides also make it handy for braising and cooking sauces, while the glass lid lets you keep an eye on the food as it cooks.

The titanium-reinforced non-stick coating helps food release from the pan, and the seamless interior is designed to make cleaning straightforward. Its aluminium construction and lightweight design make the pan easier to handle when moving from hob to table.

## Practical tips

Use it for meals that benefit from a little more depth than a standard shallow frying pan provides: fajitas, omelettes, pancakes, shallow frying or a sauce that needs to simmer under a lid. The deeper shape is useful for keeping ingredients together as you stir, while the glass lid helps retain heat and moisture during covered cooking. Lift the lid to check progress without interrupting the cooking for long.

The pan is suitable for induction, gas, electric and ceramic hobs, so it can suit a range of kitchen setups. After cooking, wash it in the dishwasher or rinse and wipe the smooth interior. The coating is free of intentionally added PFOA and PFOS.

## Pros

The main advantage is versatility: the broad 28cm cooking surface works for frying and searing, while the 7.62cm depth gives you room to stir ingredients or add liquid for braising and simmering. That makes it a practical choice when you would rather prepare a full dish in one pan than move between a frying pan and a deeper cooking pot.

The lid is useful for covered cooking and lets you check the food without lifting it. The non-stick surface supports easy food release, and the seamless interior has no rivets to collect food around. When the meal is finished, dishwasher-safe cleaning helps keep the after-dinner routine simple. The ergonomic, heat-resistant handle provides a comfortable grip during everyday hob cooking.

## Is it worth it?

A solid pick if you want one pan for varied hob cooking, from quick omelettes and stir-fries to covered braises and simmered sauces. Its deep 4-litre design offers more room for one-pan meals than a shallow frying pan, while the glass lid, non-stick coating and dishwasher-safe finish make it a practical fit for regular use.
