Relaxdays Fireproof A4 Document Case, Waterproof with 3-Digit Combination Lock
Product description
If you need one place for A4 certificates, contracts and other important papers, the Relaxdays document case combines a roomy main compartment with smaller pockets for sorting. Its silicone-coated fibreglass construction is described as fireproof and waterproof, and a 3-digit combination lock secures the two-way zip.
The adjustable carry straps make it easier to move the case, while its fold-flat design helps when you need to put it away between uses. It is geared towards keeping documents together, rather than simply carrying a few loose sheets.
What stands out
Organisation is a useful part of the design: alongside the main compartment, there are four mesh pockets and four side pockets for smaller items. A label holder can help identify what is stored inside, and reflectors are included for visibility. Non-slip feet are also listed, so the case can sit on a surface rather than being carried all the time.
For a home office, it could hold files that you want to keep in one accessible place, the handles also suit moving the case if you need to gather paperwork quickly. Compared with a basic document folder, it offers more storage and a way to close and lock the contents. It is not described as a rigid safe, so the emphasis is on portable, organised storage.

Practical tips
Group related paperwork in the pockets and main compartment so frequently needed items are easier to find. The case is designed for A4 files, but the listed internal dimensions are smaller than the external measurements, allow for the available space when deciding how much to store. When it is not in use, it folds flat to approximately 6 x 41 x 33 cm, which may make storage simpler.
You’ll like it if you want to keep household paperwork together and value carrying straps, internal organisation and a combination lock in the same case. It might not be a great match if you need a specified fire-protection rating, as none is provided in the product details.
Practical questions
Will A4 documents fit? The case is listed as suitable for A4 documents, with a main compartment for files, certificates and contracts.
How is it locked? A 3-digit combination lock secures the two-way zip. The product details do not explain how to set or change the combination.
Can it be stored flat? Yes. The listed folded dimensions are approximately 6 x 41 x 33 cm, so it can be folded down when not needed.
Is it worth it?
This case makes sense if your priority is to keep A4 paperwork organised, together and portable, with a zip that can be locked. Its pockets and fold-flat format give it more everyday usefulness than a simple sleeve, while the carrying straps suit moving a batch of documents. If your main requirement is a certified level of fire protection, the missing rating and protection duration are important considerations before choosing it.
