## Description

For older adults and people with reduced mobility, getting into and out of the bath can be easier with a seat designed to support a seated transfer. This PEPE Mobility bath transfer bench provides a place to sit while moving across the bath edge.

Its height adjusts from 84 to 94 cm, helping you set the bench for the user and bath. Non-slip suction-cup tips support stability on wet surfaces, while the reversible backrest and armrests provide practical support during bathing.

Assembly is tool-free, and drainage holes in the frame help water run away after use. Before choosing a transfer bench, measure the bath: the outside measurement must be no more than 50 cm, and the difference between the outside and inside measurements must be no more than 10 cm.

## Who it’s for

This bench is intended for older adults, pregnant people and anyone whose mobility is affected by injury recovery, convalescence or a post-operative period. It can make daily washing more manageable by allowing the user to sit while transferring into or out of the bath, rather than relying on a bath board positioned within the tub. Firm armrests and a backrest give the user contact points for support while seated.

It’s a good fit if a seated transfer is a priority and the bath measurements suit the bench. The adjustable height offers flexibility for different users and bathing set-ups, while the stated maximum user weight is 100 kg.

## Benefits

The bench is designed to bridge the bath edge, giving the user a seated position for the transfer. Its suction-cup tips are intended to grip wet surfaces, and the height-adjustable legs help position the seat to suit the bathing arrangement. A reversible backrest allows the orientation to be adapted, while the armrests offer support when sitting down or standing up. Drainage holes in the frame help prevent water from pooling on the seat area, making it practical for regular bathroom use.

For setup, check both bath measurements before positioning the bench, then place the wide tips inside the bath as directed. This keeps the entrance clear for the user and aligns the bench with its intended transfer use. The tool-free assembly makes initial set-up straightforward.

Buyer feedback often describes the bench as functional and easy to assemble, while comments on stability are mixed. Some buyers also raise concerns about comfort and leg positioning. These are useful considerations when choosing a bath aid, alongside the fit measurements and the user’s preferred seated support.

## Should you buy it?

Choose this PEPE Mobility bench when the main need is a supported, seated route into and out of a bath, with adjustable height, a reversible backrest and armrests in one transfer aid. Its 100 kg maximum user weight and stated bath-fit measurements provide clear points to consider for the intended user and bathroom. For suitable bath dimensions, it offers practical assistance with everyday washing while keeping the user seated during the transfer.
