Three light modes give you a choice of setting, controlled by tapping the base. Its Golden Snitch design adds a recognisable Harry Potter detail to a bedside table or home office. The lamp is USB-powered, with a cable included. ## At a glance This officially licensed Paladone lamp brings the Golden Snitch from Quidditch into an everyday tabletop fitting. The detailed character design makes it as much a decorative feature as a reading light, while the adjustable neck helps direct its light where you need it. Use the touch control on the base to cycle through the three light modes, whether you are settling in with a book or adding a themed accent to a desk. The design offers a different approach from a plain, fixed desk lamp: it combines a recognisable fan-favourite motif with a neck you can reposition. It is intended for indoor use and suits a bedside table, reading spot or home office. The included USB cable makes it straightforward to set up where you have a suitable USB power source. Customer feedback appreciates the lamp’s appearance, particularly its Golden Snitch styling. Opinions on its quality are mixed, and some buyers have raised concerns about functionality and brightness, others comment on its plastic construction. These impressions are useful to bear in mind if choosing it primarily as a practical reading light, while the character design remains a clear draw for Harry Potter fans. ## Usage tips Place the lamp on a stable tabletop, then angle the flexible neck towards the page or surface you want to illuminate. Tap the base to select between the three light modes. For a reading session, positioning the lamp so its light falls across the book can make better use of its directional design, when it is not being used for reading, its Golden Snitch form can provide a themed focal point on a bedside table or desk. The lamp is USB-powered and comes with a power cable. Its tabletop format makes it easy to incorporate into an indoor reading or work area, and the touch control keeps mode changes close at hand. The adjustable neck is the main practical distinction from a decorative lamp with a fixed light direction, giving you a way to reposition the light as your setup changes. ## Tips for day-to-day use For a focused spot beside a book or notebook, adjust the neck before choosing a light mode. If the lamp is serving mainly as room décor, position it where the detailed Golden Snitch design can be seen and use the touch control to pick a preferred setting. Its character-led styling also makes it a fitting gift for someone who enjoys Harry Potter memorabilia, with everyday use built into the desk-lamp format. The lamp works best as a compact tabletop accent for reading, studying or adding character to an indoor space. Its movable neck and three tap-controlled modes provide useful ways to tailor its placement and setting, while the USB cable supports a simple cable-powered setup. ## Final verdict Choose the Paladone Golden Snitch Posable Desk Lamp for a Harry Potter-themed bedside or desk light that pairs a flexible neck with three touch-controlled modes. It is especially suited to fans who want their lighting to double as character décor, with the ability to direct the light towards a book or work surface when needed. ## Images ![Paladone PP12796HPV2 Golden Snitch Posable Desk Lamp, USB, 3 Light Modes — 1](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/WymRtGlJGt5a6d8zOCUZcZRUVR4nA2_7zbedC7XQ7-Uupl8yHYgcnKfMhY4gnowiSUGytUww1YUeKqJv4BRZmUNONunLqtoGAmFk-utZn4zXJpr2bm3vd4x1WQ.jpg) ![Paladone PP12796HPV2 Golden Snitch Posable Desk Lamp, USB, 3 Light Modes — 2](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/xKOTEA0hwijGTj2iGBTSST1o99dCtNNr54EZEPgM0CAB2q3_FRCqiUIX9jTPGIzdJv6yGlEdw-fPtpHoZIDc0O_6Vh0Li1kaCK6BoT3-BTAtr-EAsHF8_n8O0w.jpg) ![Paladone PP12796HPV2 Golden Snitch Posable Desk Lamp, USB, 3 Light Modes — 3](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/EwTTKm7TW7Wa1hk7weXvsnlwEVoqSwmHc9HxVa4lnvhfXMf5fbflKxpHLJvtGydTWA3Xldc6gC0M4a7a9zFPBH93cguIASgzLRT-Hs3Wm7ZxTuvYgvV0mLl78Q.jpg) ![Paladone PP12796HPV2 Golden Snitch Posable Desk Lamp, USB, 3 Light Modes — 4](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/dHzOKE9BeUtfdpugGDHFkBM60LLmHDTmcr8rCXWl6hFHoLqEDODfIj8Z5t4aCqPPYX6xPhiH-rfR1X2-OH8u5NAf4DcQwwLHxTBDS0JKoA5tPMhN8g9ZDzWwUQ.jpg) ![Paladone PP12796HPV2 Golden Snitch Posable Desk Lamp, USB, 3 Light Modes — 5](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/5uozehWzZmmEMmqYr2uXjrp1Kh7pnVmk15_-QPPY4rAR9HlAZXlNNbSa2-mYsWLl-cinjnyY52aBOEuBgRacG11-5QuliYiyRBvVFHlTMZ4fh85Te8v79nkDvw.jpg)
