## Description

## Who it’s for

Grow herbs, flowers or vegetables on a patio or deck while giving climbing plants a structure to wind around. This Outsunny raised planter combines a planting box with a tall wooden trellis, making use of both ground-level and vertical growing space. Its four wheels make it easier to move the planter to a more suitable spot, and two brakes help keep it in place when you’re ready to let plants settle.

It suits gardeners who want a freestanding planter with a built-in support for vines, rather than a simple box that needs a separate trellis. The grey finish and rectangular shape make it a practical feature beside a wall, along a seating area or as a planted screen between parts of an outdoor space.

## Benefits

The combined planter and trellis give you room to grow different kinds of plants together. Plant herbs or flowers in the box and use the lattice as support for climbing varieties, keeping their growth organised while adding height and greenery to a patio or deck. It’s a useful approach where you want more than a low planter but prefer not to source and position a separate support.

Drainage holes in the base help water escape instead of collecting in the planting area. The box holds 54 litres of soil, while its raised position makes the planting area distinct from the surrounding floor. The fir wood frame has a protective varnish finish, and the trellis provides a clear framework for directing vines as they grow.

The wheels are useful when rearranging an outdoor space or moving the planter to suit a changing layout. Once positioned, the two brakes help hold it steady. For example, it can sit beside a patio table with climbing plants trained up the lattice, then be moved when you want to reorganise the area.

Buyer feedback is mixed on assembly and quality. Some customers describe the planter as sturdy and straightforward to put together, while others report difficulty with assembly or splitting wood. This gives a balanced picture of the varied experiences shared by buyers.

## Is it worth it?

A solid pick if you want one freestanding piece to combine planting space, climbing-plant support and mobility. Its 54-litre box, drainage holes and tall trellis make it suited to growing a mix of herbs, flowers or vegetables in outdoor spaces such as patios and decks. The wheeled base adds flexibility when you’re arranging those spaces, while the brakes help keep the planter positioned for everyday use.
