OFFCUP Black Fineliner Pens, 15-piece set with 15 tip sizes and waterproof ink
Product description
For manga outlines, detailed sketches or small lettering, this OFFCUP set offers a choice of black fineliner tips in one pack. The 15 pens cover extra-fine lines, broader marks and a brush tip. Their ink is described as quick-drying and waterproof. The main care point is to replace the caps after use, as the pens can dry out if left uncapped.

Usage tips
The range is useful when a drawing needs more than one line weight: the finer tips can handle small details, while the wider options and brush tip provide a different mark for outlines or lettering. For example, when working on a manga panel, you could use a fine nib for facial details and a broader tip for stronger contours, rather than relying on one pen for every part of the image. The numbered, tip-coded caps make it easier to find the size you want, and each cap has a clip for attaching it to a notebook or sketchbook.
The product is also listed for sketching, illustration, comics, planning, notes and office documents. That makes the set more versatile than a pack with just one fixed nib width, particularly if you switch between drawing and everyday writing. The listing does not specify paper types, so it cannot confirm how the ink will behave on a particular surface.
Practical tips
The ink is said to dry within 1 to 2 seconds, which may help reduce smudging during writing or drawing. It is described as waterproof and water-resistant, however, no details are given about the conditions or surfaces used for that claim. If that matters for a finished piece, consider the stated ink properties alongside the paper and how the work will be handled.
The supplied guidance is to keep the pen capped after use, avoid pressing too hard, and hold it upright with the tip perpendicular to the paper for more even lines. You’ll like it if you want several black line widths for sketching, illustration or notes without buying each size separately. Not the best choice if you need a pen that can be left uncapped between sessions, as the listing warns that it may dry out.
Practical questions
How many pens are included? The pack contains 15 pens, with different coded tips, including a brush tip.
Is the ink waterproof? It is described as waterproof and water-resistant, as well as quick-drying. The listing does not provide further test conditions.
Can the pens be used for writing as well as drawing? They are listed for both, including notes, planning, sketching and illustration. The different tip sizes let you choose a line width for the task.
Buying verdict
This set makes sense for someone who regularly moves between fine detail, heavier outlines and written notes, and would use the variety of nibs rather than reaching for a single width. Compared with buying a basic single-tip fineliner, the range gives more line options in one pack, if your work only needs one consistent width, that variety may be unnecessary. The cap-care requirement is worth factoring in, especially if the pens will be used intermittently.
