Lionelo Alice 3-in-1 Travel Cot and Playpen with Two Mattress Heights

Made with 300D Oxford fabric and a steel frame, the Lionelo Alice is designed to work as a baby cot, travel cot or playpen. Its foldable format and included travel bag suit families who want a sleep and play space that can move between rooms or travel with them.

The side zip entrance gives a child a way in and out of the playpen. Two mattress heights also offer a different setup for a newborn and an older baby, depending on how you use it.

Practical tips

The two mattress positions are the main feature to consider when deciding whether Alice suits your routine. The upper level is intended for the earlier stage, with the stated limit of up to 9 kg or until the baby can sit up independently, the lower level is for children up to 15 kg. Check which position applies as your child develops and follow the product instructions when setting it up.

For travel or visits to family, the folding frame and carry bag make it easier to move the cot than a fixed nursery bed. At home, it can also serve as a playpen, so it may suit someone looking for one portable space for both rest and play rather than separate pieces of equipment. The zip opening is useful when the cot is being used as a play area and a child is ready to enter or leave independently.

It’s a good fit if you want a cot that can be folded away and used in more than one setting. It might not be a great match if you need a sleep or play space for a child above the stated 15 kg limit.

In the box

The set includes the Alice cot, its T25 foam mattress and a travel bag. A mattress is supplied, so there is no need to source one separately for the listed setup. The product information gives two different footprint figures: 110.5 x 74.5 x 68 cm in the item details and 104 x 70 cm in the feature description. If the available floor space is tight, take account of this discrepancy before choosing a place for it.

Questions before you buy

Can the mattress be set at different heights? Yes. The upper position is stated for up to 9 kg or until the baby sits up independently, the lower position is for children up to 15 kg.

Does the cot have a side entrance? Yes. It has a zip opening intended to let a child enter and leave the playpen independently.

Can it be folded for travel? The product has a folding frame and comes with a travel bag, making it suitable for moving between home and trips.

Buying verdict

Alice is worth considering when portability and more than one use matter: it combines a cot, travel cot and playpen, with a mattress and bag included. The two height settings provide a defined change as a baby grows, while the stated upper-level and overall weight limits give useful boundaries for planning. Its appeal is less about specialist extras and more about having a foldable setup for home, visits and travel. If precise floor space matters, resolve the differing dimensions in the product information before deciding where it will go.
