## Description

The dual-hinge design lets you set your phone upright for messaging or turn it to landscape for videos and calls. This magnetic ring stand works as both a grip for everyday handling and an adjustable stand when you want to keep your hands free.

The inner ring rotates through 360°, so you can change your grip or viewing angle without removing the holder. A clicking feel as it turns adds a tactile touch to adjusting it. Need a phone stand that can switch between portrait and landscape? The two-hinge construction makes both orientations part of the same setup.

It attaches directly to compatible magnetic phones and cases. For a non-magnetic case or device, the supplied metal ring can be applied to a hard, flat surface, it is not suitable for soft silicone, TPU, PP or TPE cases. Magnetic accessories may temporarily affect S Pen functionality on compatible devices.

## Best use cases

Use the ring to steady your hold while browsing, chatting or taking calls, then unfold it to prop the phone up for hands-free viewing. Portrait positioning suits social feeds and messages, while landscape is handy for video. At a desk, kitchen counter or bedside table, the adjustable hinges let you set the screen angle for the task instead of holding the phone throughout.

The magnetic attachment is designed for the listed iPhone Duo and iPhone 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 series, as well as magnetic phone cases. If you use a non-magnetic case, fit the supplied metal ring to a hard, flat area in line with its instructions. This gives you a practical way to add a grip and stand without changing how you use the phone day to day.

## Pros

One accessory covers two everyday needs: a ring grip for handling and a stand for hands-free use. The 360° inner-ring rotation makes it easier to reposition your fingers, while the dual hinges provide portrait and landscape support. The magnetic hold is rated at up to 4.4 lbs, with the metal ring, the stated maximum is 9.9 lbs.

Buyers praise the grip and appreciate its versatility, including the way the arm can extend to form a stand. Feedback on durability and rotation is mixed, with reports ranging from continued use to the mechanism stopping or the holder coming apart. The product is made from zinc alloy, aluminium and ABS, with the compact ring form designed to travel with your phone.

## Final verdict

For compatible iPhones and magnetic cases, the Lamicall STRR05-WH combines a rotating ring grip with a dual-hinge stand in a compact 37g design. It suits everyday browsing, calls and video viewing, particularly when you want the flexibility to switch between portrait and landscape without removing the holder.
