## Description

Made from metal, the Lamicall STFT05-EU-B is a floor stand for tablets and mobile phones from 4.7" to 13". Its height adjusts from 73cm to 150cm, while the holder rotates through 360° for portrait or landscape viewing. It suits a hands-free screen setup without a desk, for a fixed tabletop position, a compact desk stand may be the more practical choice.

## Spec sheet
The adjustable stand is designed to bring a screen to a comfortable viewing position while sitting, reclining or standing. Its multi-joint arm supports angle adjustments, and the swivel ball joint lets you change orientation without removing the device. A 2.2kg base and metal folding arm support devices weighing up to 1kg.

## Compatibility & requirements
The holder is designed for tablets and smartphones within the stated 4.7" to 13" size range. Listed examples include iPad Pro, iPad Air and iPad mini models, Samsung Galaxy Tab devices, Kindle Fire HD, Surface Pro, Nintendo Switch and iPhones. This makes it useful for switching between a larger tablet for video or reading and a phone for calls or recipes, provided the device fits the holder and is within the supported weight limit.

Assembly is described as tool-free, with instructions provided. For safe positioning, keep the folding arm within 30° of the base’s centre line: moving it further to either side increases the risk of the stand tipping. The flat metal base is designed to slide under beds, sofas or tables, helping keep the stand close to the seating area without taking up the full floor space beside it.

## Tips for day-to-day use
Set the stand’s height to suit whether you are sitting, lying down or standing, then angle the screen for the task. A lower position can bring a tablet within view while relaxing on the sofa, while a higher one can make a screen easier to follow during standing work. Rotate the holder between portrait and landscape to suit reading, video or a video call, and use the adjustable joints to direct the display without holding the device.

Buyers commonly praise the stand’s adjustability, straightforward assembly and substantial base, with some saying it has helped make everyday screen use more comfortable. Feedback on stability is mixed, so placing the base on a level surface and keeping the arm within the stated angle is a practical part of setting it up.

## Is it worth it?
This floor stand is a useful fit when you want a tablet or phone positioned at different heights without occupying a tabletop. Its broad device-size range, 360° rotation and adjustable arm make it adaptable to relaxed viewing, reading and hands-free calls. Choose it for a flexible floor-based setup that can move between seated, reclined and standing use.
