Kono 24" PP Suitcase with Expansion, TSA Lock and Cup Holder
Product description
A suitcase can be a straightforward way to move clothes, or a travel companion with small extras that make getting around easier. This Kono 24-inch case takes the latter approach, combining an expandable shell with a cup holder and side hook. Its medium format is aimed at trips where a little extra packing room may be useful. The details below help clarify whether those features suit your travel habits.
Usage tips
Pack the main compartment with your planned load, then use the zippered extension when souvenirs or additional items leave you short of space. The stated expansion is 15%, so it offers a defined extra margin rather than an unlimited increase. Keeping that space for items picked up during a trip can also make it easier to organise what you bring from home.
The cup holder and integrated side hook are intended for practical moments while travelling: the holder can keep a drink close to hand, while the hook can take an umbrella or shopping bag. These are useful additions when you have other things to carry, though they are secondary to the case’s main job of transporting luggage. The four spinner wheels support moving the case, and the TSA-certified lock provides a way to secure it.
Where it shines
This model has a clear use case for travellers who want more than a basic case without moving to a much larger format. The 24-inch size is described as medium, with a stated capacity of 76 litres. For a trip where packing needs may change on the way home, the extension gives more flexibility than a fixed-size case. Its polypropylene shell is described as lightweight and able to recover its shape after impact, the textured surface is also presented as resistant to fingerprints and scratches.
A simpler suitcase may suit someone who prefers fewer built-in features. Here, the cup holder, hook and expansion system are part of the appeal, especially when hands are already occupied in a station or airport. It makes sense if you expect to use those extras and want the option of added packing space. It might not be a great match if you are specifically looking for a small, minimal case rather than a medium suitcase with travel add-ons.

Questions before you buy
Does the suitcase have room to expand? Yes. Its zippered extension is stated to add 15% more capacity, which can help when you bring back extra items.
What is the shell made from? It is made from polypropylene, with a textured finish described as resistant to fingerprints and scratches.
What are the cup holder and hook for? The holder is designed for a drink, while the side hook can carry items such as an umbrella or shopping bag.
Final verdict
The Kono is a medium 24-inch suitcase with practical extras rather than a plain case focused only on storage. Its 76-litre capacity, expandable section and four spinner wheels give a useful picture of its travel format, while the cup holder and hook add convenience for handling smaller items on the move. Choose it if those features fit how you travel, if you want a simpler case, the extras may matter less than the size and packing space.
