## Description

The plastic pieces turn a simple stacking challenge into a suspenseful family game: load the mule’s saddle carefully and see who can keep their equipment in place.

Bourricot is made for 2 to 4 players aged 4 and up, with three levels of play to choose from. Its turn-by-turn format gives everyone a chance to join in and adds a lively twist to an indoor games session.

Choose it for a hands-on activity where players take turns balancing objects, rather than a game centred on cards or a board. The aim is easy to understand, while the mule’s unpredictable buck keeps each turn full of anticipation.

## How to use it
Set up the mule and base, then take turns placing the play pieces on the saddle. Players try to balance the equipment without making the mule buck or causing an item to fall. If either happens, the player is eliminated, the last player remaining wins. This simple loop makes it easy to get started, while the suspense builds as the saddle fills up.

The three available levels—beginner, intermediate and advanced—let the group choose how to play. That gives families a way to vary the challenge between rounds without changing the central aim: place the objects carefully and avoid sending the load tumbling. It suits a family game session, a playdate with a small group, or an indoor afternoon when children want an activity that keeps everyone involved.

## In the box
The set includes a plastic mule and base, a saddle, blanket, shovel, water bottle, two pots, sleeping bag, lantern, hat, rope, dynamite, large bag and guitar, along with the playing rules. With the mule, the saddle and the equipment ready for play, the pieces create the balancing challenge at the heart of each round. The game is designed for children aged 4 and up, it contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3.

## Is it worth it?
Bourricot offers a clear, shared goal and a playful element of suspense, making it a useful choice when you want a family game that gets children taking turns and balancing objects together. The three levels provide different ways to approach the same challenge, and the 2-to-4-player format works for a small group at home. For an indoor activity that is quick to explain and keeps each player watching the saddle as the game unfolds, this stubborn mule makes the equipment-stacking task the fun of the round.
