## Description

Supplied as a pack of 120, GLORIOUS GAT-BROWN switches let you change the feel of a compatible mechanical keyboard. Each Gateron Brown switch has a subtle tactile bump and a 45 g actuation force. That feedback suits both everyday typing and gaming, without making the switch’s feel the sole focus. SMD LED compatibility also supports use with compatible backlit keyboards.

The tactile bump gives each keypress a noticeable point of feedback, while the balanced actuation force is intended to make the switches versatile across writing and play. If you are choosing between tactile and linear switches, this Brown option provides a bump you can feel as you type, that is a useful distinction when deciding how you want your keyboard to respond. The 3-pin PCB mounting is an important fit detail, and the switches are designed for most hot-swappable mechanical keyboards. They are also compatible with the GMMK keyboard. Match the mounting format with your keyboard before fitting.

## Everyday use
For a keyboard used for messages, documents and games, the tactile response offers a clear change in feel from a smooth linear press. The 45 g actuation force and subtle bump are intended to balance feedback with a manageable keypress, making the switches a practical choice for a mixed-use setup. SMD LED compatibility is handy if your keyboard uses compatible surface-mounted lighting, so you can customise the typing feel while retaining that lighting setup.

The pack is suited to replacing switches across a keyboard or keeping a set together for a consistent feel. It can also support a keyboard customisation project where the aim is to change the response of the keys rather than replace the whole board. Buyers praise the switches’ build quality, while comments on reliability and tactile feel are mixed. Those differing impressions make the stated switch characteristics particularly useful when choosing: the defining features here are a tactile bump, 45 g actuation and support for compatible SMD LEDs.

## In the box
The pack contains 120 mechanical switches and tweezers. Having the switches together makes it straightforward to plan a keyboard refresh, while the included tweezers provide a tool for handling them during installation. Use them with a compatible hot-swappable keyboard, paying attention to its 3-pin mounting format.

## Final verdict
GLORIOUS GAT-BROWN is a focused choice for anyone looking to give a compatible mechanical keyboard a tactile feel for both typing and gaming. The 120-switch pack, 45 g actuation force and SMD LED compatibility bring together the key details for a customisation project, with the 3-pin mount and GMMK compatibility helping identify suitable boards.
