## Description

Some garden clear-ups call for a bag that can take a substantial load, others are easier to handle in smaller batches. The GardenMate pack is aimed at the first kind of job, with a stated capacity of 272 litres per bag.

The practical choice is between collecting more material in one container and using a smaller format for a quick tidy. These green polypropylene bags offer the larger-capacity approach, with 15 bags in the pack.

Each bag measures 76 cm high and 67 cm deep. The product details describe the material as heavy duty, waterproof and toxin free, they do not give further construction details.

## Key takeaways

The main reason to choose this pack is capacity: 272 litres per bag gives you room to gather a sizeable amount of garden waste before needing another container. That can be useful when clearing up after routine pruning or collecting a build-up of leaves and cuttings. The exact amount each bag will hold in practice depends on the waste being collected, since loose leaves and denser material take up space differently.

The pack contains 15 green bags made from polypropylene. Their listed features include heavy-duty construction and waterproof material, which may be relevant when garden waste is damp. Those details are useful to know, but the listing does not specify features such as handles or a closure, so the choice should rest on the stated size and material rather than assumed extras.

## Quick sizing guide

At 76 cm high and 67 cm deep, these are large-format garden waste bags. Their 272-litre capacity points towards collecting a substantial volume in fewer containers, rather than using several smaller bags for modest amounts. For a garden clear-up, consider how much waste you typically gather and whether you have room to store and handle bags of this size while filling them.

The dimensions and capacity are the clearest guide to fit here, no width measurement is provided. If you need bags to fit a particular storage space or collection arrangement, the listed height and depth alone may not answer that question. It suits you if you regularly gather enough garden waste to make a large bag useful. It’s not for you if your usual jobs produce only a small amount and a smaller bag would be easier to manage.

## How to use it

Use a bag to collect garden waste during a tidy-up, adding material as you work rather than carrying separate handfuls to another container. For example, after pruning, you could keep one nearby for the resulting cuttings, then move on to another when it is full. The pack of 15 also gives you multiple bags for a larger clear-up or for keeping different jobs separate.

The waterproof description may be helpful when the material is damp, but it does not establish how the bag closes or how it should be carried when full. Keep those practical details in mind if you need a particular way of sealing or transporting the contents. Compared with buying a smaller format for each small job, this pack makes more sense when larger capacity and having several bags available are priorities.

## Should you buy it?

GardenMate’s 272-litre bags are worth considering if you want a sizeable container for garden waste and value having 15 bags on hand. The polypropylene material and stated waterproof, heavy-duty features provide useful selection details, while the dimensions help indicate the format before you choose.

For occasional, small-scale tidying, a smaller bag may be easier to fill and handle. If your priority is a specific closure, carrying feature or a precise fit, those details are not given here. Choose this pack for its stated capacity and large format, rather than for features the product information does not confirm.
