## Description

Some rooms need storage that makes good use of height, others call for a unit that can fit neatly into a corner. The FirFurd P712 bookcase brings five tiers of storage into a 48 cm-wide footprint.

Its white, modern finish suits a living room, home office or bedroom. Use it to keep books and A4 folders organised, or to display plants and decorative pieces.

Two adjustable shelves give you flexibility when the height of your stored items varies. The 30 cm depth also provides space for everyday belongings while keeping the unit suited to narrower areas.

## Strengths

With five tiers and overall dimensions of 48 x 30 x 159 cm, this freestanding bookcase uses vertical space for books and other household items. It can help organise a home office without spreading storage across the floor, or give a living room a dedicated place for reading material and display pieces. For a different approach, low cube storage keeps items closer to floor level, this taller design makes use of the wall height instead.

The two adjustable shelves can be moved up or down by 3 cm, making it easier to accommodate items such as A4 folders alongside books. A stated gap of 30 cm between shelves offers practical room for a mix of everyday storage and display. Each shelf can hold up to 20 kg, so it can serve for books, devices, potted plants and ornaments.

Wood panels with a melamine veneer give the unit a laminated finish in white. Its simple, modern look works across several rooms, whether you use it as a bookcase in a study, a display shelf in the living room or a place to organise belongings in the bedroom.

## Highlights

The slim 48 cm width can make it easier to plan storage in a corner or a tighter area, while the 30 cm depth gives books and other items room on the shelves. At 159 cm tall, the five-tier layout offers several levels for sorting belongings: keep frequently used books together, give folders their own shelf and leave another level for decorative items.

For example, in a home office, the adjustable shelves can be set to make room for A4 folders, with books and smaller equipment arranged on the remaining tiers. In a living room, the same layout can separate books from display pieces, helping the space feel more organised without choosing a low, wide storage unit.

The bookcase includes anti-tipping protection and a back-panel buckle designed to help prevent deformation. Wall mounting is recommended for added stability. Numbered accessory labels and clear assembly instructions help guide the build, assembly is required.

## Cleaning & care

The laminated melamine-veneer surface is suited to routine care with a dry cloth. A quick wipe can help keep the white finish looking tidy as the bookcase is used for books, folders or display items. The screw holes are positioned on the inside and covered with colour-matched stickers for a neater appearance.

## Is it worth it?

The FirFurd P712 is a useful choice when you want a tall, compact bookcase with room for both books and larger items such as A4 folders. Five tiers make it practical for separating storage and display, while the adjustable shelves let you tailor part of the layout to what you keep. Its white finish, straightforward modern style and freestanding design suit everyday organisation in a home office, bedroom or living room.
