FEANDREA Caen Collection PCT070W01 Cat Tree, 3 Perches and Washable Cushions

Three perches and a cat cave give cats separate places to rest or watch what is happening around them, while the scratching post and mat add places to use their claws. The FEANDREA Caen Collection PCT070W01 combines these features in an 86 cm cat tree.

Its four resting areas have removable, washable plush cushions. The veneered surface can be wiped with a damp cloth, making routine cleaning more straightforward than it would be with a fabric-covered tower.

It is designed for up to four cats at once, with a long scratching post and a separate scratching mat. That makes it a more varied indoor set-up than a standalone scratcher, while its stated height is less imposing than a much taller climbing frame.

Worth noting

The tree measures 65.5 x 40 x 86 cm and weighs 14.8 kg. It has three perches, a cat cave, an 80 cm scratching post and a scratching mat. The four resting areas each come with a padded cushion covered in 500 g/m² plush, the cushions can be removed for washing. The listed maximum static load is 28 kg, and the product is described as suitable for up to four cats simultaneously.

The structure uses MDF with a veneer, alongside sisal, short-pile plush fabric, PP plastic and paper. Customer feedback is positive about cats taking to the tower, its sturdiness and ease of assembly. These are buyer impressions rather than a guarantee that every cat will use it in the same way.

Care tips

Remove the cushions for washing when they need a clean, the product information describes them as machine washable. For the veneered surfaces, use a damp cloth. Keeping the two cleaning approaches separate helps avoid treating the whole structure as if it were washable fabric.

The supplied anti-tip kit is intended to secure the tree to a wall. The manufacturer’s instructions say to attach it for safe use, particularly relevant when cats jump and play on the platforms. Allow for that wall attachment when choosing where to place the unit.

Usage tips

A practical set-up is to place the tower where cats can settle, look around and reach the scratching areas, rather than relying on it as a sleeping space alone. The cave offers a more enclosed resting spot, while the perches provide elevated places to sit. The scratching post and mat give alternatives to household furniture, though the product information does not promise that they will redirect every cat’s scratching.

It suits you if you want several resting options and scratching surfaces in one cat tree, and have a suitable wall for the anti-tip kit. Compared with buying a basic post separately, this adds a cave and multiple perches, compared with a tall climbing tower, it keeps to an 86 cm height. For this type of use, securing the tree as directed is part of the set-up, not an optional extra.

Should you buy it?

The PCT070W01 is a sensible fit for a home looking for a multi-purpose cat tree with washable cushions and a wipe-clean veneered surface. Customer comments about assembly and sturdiness may be reassuring, but they do not replace following the supplied instructions or securing the unit. Not the best choice if you need a substantially taller climbing structure, its stated height is 86 cm.
