## Description

## Tech specs

Made from heat-treated chrome vanadium steel, these metric combination spanners have a polished finish that is easy to wipe clean after working with dirt or grease. The reversible ratchet has a flush switch lever, so you can change direction without taking the spanner off the fastener. With 72-tooth gearing and a 5-degree working angle, it is designed to keep the ratchet moving in tighter spaces where a larger swing is awkward.

The set covers nine commonly used metric sizes, from 8 mm to 19 mm. Each spanner combines a ratchet end with an open end, giving you two ways to engage fasteners in one tool.

## Best use cases

This set is suited to routine tightening and loosening jobs around the home, workshop or vehicle, when metric fasteners are involved. For example, when access is restricted by nearby components, the short working angle helps you reposition the ratchet with less movement. The flush lever lets you switch between tightening and loosening without removing the spanner, keeping the job moving when space is limited.

The open end offers a quick way to place a spanner on a fastener, while the ratchet end is useful when repeated turns are needed. Compared with carrying separate fixed spanners and a ratchet tool, this combination set brings both functions together across a useful spread of metric sizes. It suits you if you want one organised set for varied quick repairs rather than choosing each spanner individually.

Buyers describe the set as well-built and reliable, and some highlight its value for money. These are customer impressions, while the practical appeal for everyday jobs comes from the reversible mechanism, range of sizes and two-ended design.

## What you get

The set includes nine reversible ratchet combination spanners and a roll-up storage bag. Its individual positions help keep the sizes together and make it easier to select the right tool before starting a job. Roll the pouch up for storage in a vehicle or alongside workshop equipment, then unroll it to see the set at a glance. Keeping the spanners organised also makes it simpler to return each one to its place after use.

## Is it worth it?

For anyone who regularly works with metric fasteners, the main benefit is having nine sizes and two working ends in a single portable set. The ratchet mechanism is particularly useful where repeated turns and limited clearance make a conventional spanner slower to handle, the open end adds a straightforward alternative for placing the tool on a fastener. The polished chrome vanadium steel construction and included roll-up bag complete a practical set for quick maintenance jobs at home, in the workshop or on the go.
