## Description

The 55 x 115 cm puppet theatre creates a stage for Little Red Riding Hood, while the four fabric hand puppets each measure 25 cm. Together, they give children and adults a ready-made way to act out a familiar story, invent dialogue and take turns bringing its characters to life.

The set features Little Red Riding Hood, the Wolf, Granny and the Woodcutter. Its colourful characters and embroidered details help make the story engaging to perform as a group.

## Getting the most from it

Set up the theatre as a focal point for a short performance, then let each participant choose a character or take a turn speaking. The 25 cm puppets are sized for children to handle, and adults can join in too, making it easy to share the storytelling rather than leave one person to lead the whole activity. Familiar characters offer a simple starting point: retell the tale, give each character a voice or make up new dialogue together.

The set brings the stage and characters together, so it offers a more hands-on way to revisit a story than reading it aloud alone. Children can move the puppets as they speak, linking words and actions while exploring their own interpretation of the tale. There are no batteries required, play is manual and centred on conversation, movement and imagination.

## What you’ll notice day to day

This is a practical choice for family story time, playdates or a small group activity at home. The theatre gives the performance a clear setting, while four distinct characters allow several people to take part or let one child switch between roles. That shared play can encourage language, hand-eye coordination, imagination and social interaction.

Soft fabric puppets, embroidered details and vivid colours give the characters an appealing look for storytelling. Rather than being limited to one telling of Little Red Riding Hood, the set can support repeated retellings and new scenes, with children deciding what the characters say and do. It is recommended for children aged 3 and up, and adults can join the play alongside them.

## When it makes sense

Choose the Cucu Show set when you want story time to involve more than listening. It combines a stage with four recognisable characters, giving children a prompt for taking turns, speaking in character and creating a performance together. The format also makes it easy for an adult to join in, so it works for shared family play as well as group storytelling.

For a child who enjoys familiar tales and pretend play, the theatre provides a clear setting and the puppets bring the characters into the activity. It is a useful way to turn Little Red Riding Hood into a collaborative game that encourages conversation and imaginative play.
