## Description

Some situations call for a focused beam to pick out a distant point, others are easier with a wider pool of light. The Blukar K9132 lets you adjust the focus to suit the task, so one compact torch can handle both.

Its LED provides up to 2,000 lumens, with High, Low, Strobe and SOS settings for different lighting needs. The aluminium-alloy body is lightweight and pocket-sized, making it practical to keep close at hand.

For evening dog walks, camping or a power cut at home, USB recharging means you can top it up using the included cable. The built-in 1,800mAh battery offers up to 16 hours of use.

## What you’ll notice day to day

The adjustable focus is useful when your surroundings change. Narrow the beam to illuminate a more distant spot, or widen it to light a larger area around you. That flexibility makes the torch handy for checking a path on a walk, finding something in a shed or keeping ready for an unexpected power cut. If you prefer a fixed-beam torch, this one instead offers a choice of beam shape as well as brightness and signal settings.

At 85 grams, it is easy to carry in a pocket, handbag or backpack. Buyers often praise its brightness, compact size and usefulness on walks, and appreciate having several light settings available. These are practical qualities for a torch intended to move between everyday use and outdoor activities.

## Key features

The LED delivers up to 2,000 lumens, while the focus can be adjusted between a concentrated spotlight and a broader floodlight. High and Low settings let you choose the level of light for the task, Strobe and SOS provide additional signal options. A single button controls the lighting modes.

The torch has an aluminium-alloy shell and a portable, handheld design. It is rechargeable via USB-C, with a USB cable included, and its lithium-ion battery has a stated capacity of 1,800mAh. Runtime is up to 16 hours in normal use. Its waterproof design also suits outdoor use, including walking, hiking and camping.

## Usage tips

Adjust the focus to match what you are doing: a narrower beam can help when looking further along a route, while a wider beam is useful for illuminating the space around you. Select High or Low for everyday lighting, or use Strobe or SOS when a signal is needed. Keep the included USB cable with your other charging essentials so the torch can be recharged when required.

## Questions before you buy

**Can I change the beam from a spotlight to a wider light?** Yes. The adjustable focus lets you switch between a focused spotlight and a broader floodlight to suit the area you need to illuminate.

**Which lighting modes does it have?** The modes are High, Low, Strobe and SOS, controlled using one button.

**Is it rechargeable, and what comes with it?** It has a built-in 1,800mAh lithium-ion battery and charges via USB-C. A USB cable is included.

## Is it worth it?

The Blukar K9132 brings adjustable focus, multiple lighting modes and USB recharging together in a lightweight torch. It suits anyone who wants a portable light for everyday carry, evening walks or outdoor trips, with the flexibility to switch between a focused beam and wider coverage.
