## Description

For work involving Ribe fasteners, the BGS 5483 brings nine impact bit sockets together in one set. The 1/2" drive suits both manual and impact wrenches. Its chrome molybdenum steel construction is made for this impact-socket format, while the range from M5 to M14 gives you several sizes for different fasteners.

## How to use it
Choose the socket that matches the Ribe fastener, then fit it to a compatible 12.5 mm (1/2") drive. The set can be used with manual wrenches as well as impact wrenches, so it can serve across different jobs and tools. For use with an impact wrench, the socket can be fixed in place with a pin and O-ring. At 75 mm long, each socket has a defined length that is useful to know when selecting a bit for the task.

A practical example is keeping the set ready for maintenance work where Ribe fasteners appear in more than one size. Instead of sourcing each size separately, you have M5, M6, M7, M8, M9, M10, M12, M13 and M14 in one set. Match the bit to the fastener before applying force, and use the appropriate manual or impact wrench for the job.

## Where it shines
This set is intended for jobs that call for Ribe-profile bits, with the advantage of having nine sizes ready in a single purchase. That range can be useful when working through a repair or maintenance task involving different fasteners, rather than pausing to find another individual socket for each size. The 1/2" drive also makes the set relevant to users choosing bits for a manual or impact wrench with that drive format.

The chrome molybdenum steel construction and chrome finish are concrete material and finish details for buyers comparing impact bit socket sets. The Ribe profile and stated size range help identify whether the set matches the fasteners involved, while the pin-and-O-ring fixing provides a specified way to attach the sockets to an impact wrench.

## Buying verdict
The BGS 5483 is a focused choice for anyone who regularly needs Ribe-profile sockets across the M5–M14 range. Its nine-piece selection, 1/2" drive and suitability for both manual and impact wrenches make it a practical set for keeping those sizes together for repair and maintenance work.
