## Description

DAB, DAB+ and FM radio give you several ways to tune in, while the CD player lets you keep enjoying albums already in your collection. The AUNA VU DAB combines these listening options with Bluetooth streaming, a stereo AUX input and two detachable speakers with 25W total power output, making it a versatile music system for the home.

Its retro styling brings a traditional look to a system with modern playback options. Mains power suits regular listening in a room where you can plug it in, and the LCD display and remote control make everyday operation straightforward.

## Worth noting

This system brings radio, CDs and wireless music streaming together, so you can switch between a live station, a favourite album and audio from a compatible mobile phone or tablet without relying on a single source. It plays CDs, CD-Rs, CD-RWs and MP3 CDs, which is useful if your collection includes both standard albums and discs with MP3 tracks. FM, DAB and DAB+ reception add access to traditional and digital radio stations.

The two detachable micro stereo speakers deliver 25W total power output in stereo. Bluetooth provides a wireless way to stream music, while the stereo AUX input offers a wired alternative for a compatible audio source. The LCD display keeps the controls visible, and the remote lets you operate the system from across the room. Compared with a radio that only handles broadcasts, this all-in-one setup also caters for physical music collections and streaming.

## Best use cases

Set it up in a living room, kitchen or bedroom for radio during the day, then use the CD player or Bluetooth streaming when you want to choose the music yourself. It also suits households that still use CDs but want a simple way to play audio from a smartphone or tablet. The retro design works naturally in a traditional interior, while the mix of playback options makes it practical in a modern home too.

## Practical tips

Place the main unit where its LCD display and controls are easy to reach, and use the remote when you want to change what is playing from elsewhere in the room. For wireless streaming, pair a compatible device over Bluetooth, for a wired connection, use the stereo AUX input. The system is mains powered, so choose a position with access to a power socket for regular use. Detachable speakers offer flexibility when arranging the stereo setup around the main unit.

## Questions before you buy

**Which discs can it play?** It supports standard CDs, CD-Rs, CD-RWs and MP3 CDs, so it can handle a range of physical music collections.

**Can I play music from a mobile phone or tablet?** Yes. Bluetooth supports wireless streaming, and the stereo AUX input provides a wired connection option for compatible audio devices.

**Which radio bands does it receive?** It supports FM, DAB and DAB+ radio, combining traditional FM with digital broadcasts.

## Should you buy it?

Choose the AUNA VU DAB if you want one mains-powered home system for radio, CDs and streamed music rather than a single-purpose radio or CD player. Its DAB+ and FM reception, Bluetooth and AUX connections, remote control and detachable stereo speakers make it well suited to everyday listening across different music sources.
