## Description

For households with young children, keeping doors steady can help reduce the risk of trapped fingers and loud bangs. The ABUS Junior Care Leif Doorstop is designed to hold a door in place and help prevent it moving unexpectedly, for example in a draught.

Its two rubber stoppers provide grip, including on smooth surfaces, while the doorstop adapts to the distance between the door and the floor. That makes it useful with different door clearances around the home.

Small and handy, it is also quick to assemble for use away from home, such as in a holiday apartment. Its brushed stainless steel finish gives it a modern look.

## How it fits

Leif is a practical part of a child-conscious home set-up: it helps keep doors from swinging shut, reducing the chance of pinched fingers and sudden door bangs. Use it with apartment doors, internal doors or front doors, and outdoors too. Rather than relying on a fixed fitting, its adjustable position accommodates the gap between the door and floor, so it can be placed where the door needs support.

## Where it shines

In a busy hallway, a draught can move a door just as a child is passing through. The two rubber stoppers help the doorstop hold its position, including on smooth flooring, and the clamp protection helps prevent unwanted door movement. This is useful for everyday movement between rooms, or for keeping a door steady while carrying items through.

It is also suited to temporary use. Its compact, handy design and quick assembly make it convenient to take along for a stay in a holiday apartment. If you are choosing between a portable doorstop and a permanently fitted door holder, Leif offers a moveable option that can be set up where needed and used with different doors.
