## Description

With interchangeable 8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm dies, the zonglan ZL12-01 handles three grommet sizes with one manual tool. The kit includes 900 silver metal grommet sets, with 300 sets in each size. Its pressing process aligns and installs a grommet without pre-punching a hole. Use it for projects involving tarps, signs, leather goods, clothing, bags and shoes.

## Pros

Three die sizes make it easier to switch between different eyelet requirements without reaching for a separate tool for each size. That flexibility is useful when preparing several materials or working on a project with different grommet sizes. The manual press is designed to complete the installation in one pressing step after placing the grommet in the mould, helping keep the process straightforward.

The included silver metal grommets are described as resistant to rust and fading, and the 900-set quantity gives makers a substantial supply for ongoing projects. Buyers often highlight the simple process and report that the tool works well on regular tarps. Feedback is more varied on durability, versatility and how well the grommets crimp, so the most useful way to judge the kit is by matching its three sizes and intended materials to the work at hand.

## Quick overview

This is a handheld, manual grommet press with interchangeable dies for 8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm grommets. It comes with 900 silver grommet sets: 300 of each size. The tool is intended for materials including tarps, posters and signs, leather goods, tents, clothing, bags and shoes. For a tarp project, for example, place a grommet in the mould at the chosen spot and press to install it without first punching a hole. The same basic process suits adding eyelets to fabric or leather projects.

Compared with assembling a set of separate, single-size tools, this kit brings three sizes together in one handheld tool. That makes it a practical approach for home repairs and craft work where the required grommet size can vary from project to project. A single-size tool may be a more direct fit when the work consistently calls for just one size, this kit is geared toward having the three listed options available.

## Practical tips

Choose the die and matching grommet size for the project before pressing. Place the grommet in the mould and position the material as needed, then use the press to complete the installation. The tool’s no-pre-punching process is intended to align and set the grommet during that step. Its stated applications cover both functional projects, such as tarps and tents, and decorative additions to clothing, bags and shoes.

## Buying verdict

The zonglan ZL12-01 is suited to people who want one manual tool for multiple grommet sizes and a large included supply of silver sets. Its interchangeable 8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm dies serve a range of tarp, fabric, leather and craft projects, while the one-step pressing process keeps installation direct. Choose it when having three sizes ready in one kit is more useful than sticking to a dedicated single-size tool.
